10/15/2023 4:00p.m. I had to wait five minutes just to get my order taken. And they forgot my fry/onion-ring combo.

Entered and there was no one at counter
Long wait
No smiles
Laissez Faire attitude
Did not notice when new persons arrived
Food: tried nuggets they were no better than other places

App doesn't offer much. Is becoming overpriced. This particular location has a homeless refuge hotel thing near it so there's often people congregating in blankets and on bikes in groups that don't move out of your way when you're trying to drive to the restaurant. Feels unsafe. I've bought items that include ice cream thru the app and they don't have ice cream and can't give a refund.
