Waited at a table while 3 servers talked in front of us and waited awhile to get served. Female shift supervisor with white/gray hair heavy set and couldn’t care less about what we had to say and very rude. We’ve been here before and it was good. But after today won’t return. We complained about food it was dry and overcooked chicken fried steak and it took awhike she gave us $4 off. amazing food and great price....
Staff and managers there don’t treat their customers with respect. The vibe inside is very bad and I would not recommend this casino to anyone who plays.
