“Dear Drip Espresso Management, I am writing to share both my enthusiastic praise for Drip Espresso and some constructive feedback regarding a recent experience. For a long time, my friend and I have been regular customers, drawn in by the consistently delicious coffee and the evident passion your baristas usually demonstrate. The quality of your coffee is exceptional, and we've always appreciated the dedication to crafting a perfect drink. However, our recent visits have been somewhat marred by interactions with a particular barista, Cassi. On several occasions, we've encountered what we perceived as a negative attitude and a lack of attentiveness to customer service. These instances have ranged from seemingly dismissive responses to concerns about forgotten pastry items to an inadequate handling of our beverage orders (in one instance, a missing whipped cream topping, and in another, insufficient whipped cream served with an inappropriate lid). While we understand everyone has off days, the recurring nature of these issues has diminished our overall enjoyment of our usual pre-work ritual. The atmosphere at Drip Espresso has always been bright and cheerful, and we felt that these negative interactions were incongruent with the generally positive experience the establishment provides. We believe that addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the customer experience. We value Drip Espresso highly and hope these observations are viewed constructively. “I ordered a regular latte and it was very delicious. The beans weren't overly roasted, and the drink wasn't too hot. They had several snacks and other food items to choose from. The barista was friendly and quick. The price was on par with other coffee stands making this a good value for the money.“

“I normally don’t do reviews but i need to today. I come to this stand a lot and I’m always greeted well. Everyone is always so amazing. I went in yesterday because I’ve been having a rough couple of days and decided I wanted a treat. The guy taking my order asks me how I was doing and I responded how I was having a rough time. He was incredibly kind. Normally I don’t really talk like that but yesterday I decided to be honest. I go to pay and he tells me he is covering it. I truly hope this doesn’t get him in trouble but I cried on my way home. Last week for me as been really challenging mentally and it’s been a lot. A simple act of kindness. It meant everything. “My partner and I used to be fine drinking the espresso and drip we made for ourselves, but Cafe Au Lait has completely ruined that. The coffee is SO GOOD and so well crafted that everything we make now tastes like garbage in comparison. My partner and I are going to max out our credit cards at the rate we keep crawling back every day. Hands down the best coffee in Olympia, and single handedly the reason I, a millennial, am poor.“

“I've been coming here for years and will sometimes stop by the mall just for Braganza. It's always super busy but the girls at the front are very quick and sweet. Most of the drinks are consistently good (I don't like the fruit teas as they taste either watery or overly sweet depending on who makes it -- much prefer the blended drinks) and cheaper than other options around. The black boba has always tasted fresh when I've ordered. The pudding is awesome 👍

I also like that new drink and topping options are occasionally added. Please don't raise your prices ❤️“

“They are great but if you go inside you will find that drive through is definitely the priority. I thought I would save time going In because the drive through was around the building. I was treated rudely in the lobby. Always treated well in drive through.“

“Just doordashed here and order the blended white chocolate coffee and a birthday cake pop. The coffee was great but I never got my cake pop because they ran out as my order was being made. Although i did get a refund, you could have atlest tried to see if I wanted a different one or sm. Still great, and I hope to try it again 🙂“
