Horrible customer service, just trying to get you in the store to buy. I called a couple days in advance to see if they could get me a nice triple chocolate cake with the wife’s name on it: the lady on the phone says of course, we will have that cake and can have our decorator write on it since he is there until 7pm daily. They didn’t have the cake or the decorator available and left me out to dry on the wife’s birthday. Never again
VERY disappointed in the food. The cupcakes were so heavy and dense, I should have only gotten 1 to try and not 6. I only got the regular cupcakes (not keto or vegan).
The icing is the same, heavy and dense although pretty, very disappointing ☹️ Even my kid who likes all sweets wouldn’t finish more than a bite. There was no flavor to anything.
The icing/whipped cream tastes like it’s made with a cheap margarine, I could be wrong of course but it left my tongue...read full review
