Ordered on the app from the parking lot, 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches. The drive thru was backed up, so I chose the option to pick up inside. All 6 items were correct, delicious and ready within 8 min( I think maybe even closer to 5 or 6) Never disappointed with this location.
I need to NEVER get a pumpkin spice latte from any other location and all other locations need to TAKE NOTES from this one because THEY DO THE MOST PERFECT PUMPKIN SPICE LATTES EVER!!!!!! Went to a diff location and got an iced one with EXTRA pumpkin spice and it didn’t even taste like it had extra… was a bit bland. Also, went to a diff location today and got a hot one and it’s so disappointing in comparison to the absolutely PERFECT one that they do here ? never again!!

This place is slowly improving. I work evenings at a hospital and used to come here after a long 12 hour shift. I would order a drink about 20 minutes before arriving and I would still he waiting about 20 more minutes for it to be made. 40 minutes for a warm sandwich and a coffee is ridiculous. It has gotten better lately. The drinks are usually made by the time I arrive now.
