Subway in Lacey

“They were busy but the service was spectacular. I believe the manager was there from another store filling in. He was very kind and treated the other employee with respect. He was understanding and patient with the employee on teaching him things. I would totally come back to this location and there's locations I will not.“

“Yesterday I ordered a Fresh & fit footlong, unfortunately not what I got at all. It was a little after 4 pm & the young man that was working looked disgruntled ( maybe a hard day I thought, I know I wasn’t having the greatest day).Got our sandwiches & unfortunately they weren’t edible, however my dog did eat her meatball sub. Came back today to discuss a refund or replacement and Amatheris ( not sure if I spelled right) sorry… Was super kind and made a beautiful sandwich for me. The other employees were very sweet as well & even gave me a cookie-Definitely redeemed & I’m so glad because I often get sandwiches in am for my lunch at school for later.

“This is the best looking subway I have ever seen! All the veggies are fresh looking and well stocked. The service was friendly and super fast, made the extra effort to make sure we had everything we needed.
