“This Subway location is in an old strip mall that is mostly vacant besides the salon next door. Surprisingly, it was very clean and the staff friendly. We tried two of the new "revamped" sandwiches; Buffalo Chicken and Bacon Chicken Ranch. All the ingredients were presented in the case fresh and both sandwiches were delicious! It was nice to finally visit a well managed fast food restaurant in Tacoma.“

“This is our favorite Subway Restaurant. All of the employees are friendly, and they have a positive attitude. One of the employees told me that she was grateful just to have a job. Those are the employees that should be kept and given compensated for.“

“The gal who made our order was so sweet. She gave us suggestions when we didn't know what would go good with something we've never tried before. (Capicola). She explained what they were and what they were similar to, and she made us a very good sandwich. They were kinda busy, but made sure to take her time with us and provided wonderful customer service. “They always get my order right whether i order in-store or through doordash. I love how fresh the ingredients always are. It's a small store but no one really stays there to eat. Most order to-go. A lot of complaints have been mostly related to customer service but all that matters to me really is that they do my orders fast and get them done right. It's fast food. They are busy so I totally understand.“

“No issues with the day crew, the evening crew on the other hand have refused special requests for my usual sandwich that I have never had issues with before. The veggies looked fresh AND WERE, Bread was being freshly made the night employee let me have my sandwich made with fresh bread and it was amazing. I like my sandwich a little bit “extra” made a certain way and executed just as asked. Switched gloves and washed hands and wasn’t pushy about upselling very subtle about me needing a drink to wash it down and the cookies were made fresh so why not? “I have consistently been happy with there service. I usually order about 6 sandwich's every time I come and they are able to execute the order quickly and with no complaints. The veggies aren't always the freshest usually the cucumbers, tomatoes, or lettuce. Everything else is good.“
“I grew up going to this subway. When I was way younger, up to a decade ago, so many Wednesdays after choir rehearsal my mom took me here for dinner. I recently started hanging out here before choir rehearsal. It's different now, almost feels smaller, but it's almost as good as it used to be. The lady was working with what appears to be the owners son, these are franchises so not someone famous, however this kid didn't listen at all, it's like he wanted to make his favorite sandwich and he kept putting toppings on even when we said no. “At dinner time on weekday was not busy so attentive service and sub prepared perfectly. Drinks dispenser was very slow working and had no separate working water available. Not all seats available that time of day, with some blocked, although it didn't matter with no one eating-in at that time of day. Check hours of operation in case they are updated for weekends and evenings.“

“Great service today. I ordered a party box in person with special request to have lettuce and tomato packaged separately on the side. I left the sandwich selection up to the person at the counter. I picked up 3 hours later and got a great sandwich selection and veggies nicely arranged on a tray - several options - not just the lettuce and toms requested. Well received at my lunch gathering.“
