“The owners are like family! They lived in my old neighborhood where they owned & managed the Subway location in Des Moines. They have relocated and their customer service still remains extraordinary! Their atmosphere is always inviting & peaceful with many seats to please. The perfect oasis for a “single mom” getaway that allows free AC & WIFI. Thank you for the best subway sandwich—I will always prefer this family’s location over any others, this neighborhood is beautiful;)“

“This is my neighborhood Subway and usually everything is great. Today my experience was less than optimal. The soda fountain is gone and the feeling was we were keeping the young lady from her phone call. Actually she kept the call open and on speaker while continuing to apologize to her friend for having to wait on customers. While we sat and ate, she kept talking loudly with her friend, still on speaker. What a joke! I had my 3 young grandchildren with me and was not happy.“

Pricing had definitely went up since our last visit. But that seems to happen everywhere. 10/10 will swing by to eat again.“

“When I walked in, the veggies looked SO RIPE AND FRESH. I told the dude working that their ingredients looked awesome and he proceeded to give my family and I the most pleasant customer service experience. He was really knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. And the sandwiches? BUSSIN! This is probably what the creators of subway wanted the subway experience to be like when they invented subway. Like…this is the absolute MOST SUBWAY or Subways. Anyways, 10/10 and hope dude working knows he’s kill in’ it.“

“I’ve been to many Subway locations, but this was my best experience so far.

The staff was very hygienic — switching gloves and using a fresh knife for every sandwich. The bread was soft and fresh, they had a veggie patty option, and the store was clean and smelled great.

“Went in to get a sub with my son and Andres R. was working. He was the most polite and respectful employee I have ever met at a Subway. My son who is 10 ordered his sub amd Andres talked to him and had a conversation while making his sub. He went above and beyond to make my son have a great experience.

“I had a great experience last Thursday at this location. So refreshing compared to my negative experience at another location. As soon as I walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. The floor, the tables, the seats, the food and condiments. And then the customer service was GREAT!!! Zyana and Avery, both greeted me as soon as I entered. I was even asked how my day had been. The customer service and cleanliness alone will bring me back. Not to mention that the sandwiches tasted the best that I've had from Subway in years.

“Very clean and close to work. The staff was handling a difficult group ahead of me today very calmly. Kudos to them.

I'm basic on my sandwhich fixings but toasted flat bread will always call to me! Thanks for your quick service and patience even when your customers are being challenging!“

“Food is good, no complaints. Close to several bases so it's conveniently placed. Tables were clean when I was here as were the floors. Overall, solid 4/5. Soda machine had some drinks that were not working so I didn't put 5/5.

Vegetarian options: They definitely serve to everyone

Dietary restrictions: They have lots of options

Parking: They're doing construction on the adjacent street so it's a small hassle to get here currently. But, I'm sure that will be resolved soon.

“Robin was working hard but you could tell she was frustrated. Her coworker was late. When her coworker showed up Robin pulled off to stock up the line and her coworker was very rude to the customers in line. Then Robin and her coworker started cursing at each other. Just wow.“

“Rich was the best! Customer service to date he had us laughing and prepped our food quickly and with care! Probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had to date! “The young woman that was working there was excellent I don't like people talking over my food especially when you're making my sandwiches and she looked very clean which is another important part of ordering food from someone. if you're filthy looking I don't want you touching anything in my food if you don't look like you shower I'm not going to believe you wash your hands. My experience was very satisfactory and this Subway will probably be my go-to for healthier eats that are served on bread.“

“This place has a high turnover rate because it's my home subway. However the place is clean and employees are friendly.

Parking: There's only about 6 places to park. They share the lot with 3 other businesses. Not to mention there's a 24 hour fitness and that's where most of the cars come from.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair parking right in front.“

“I went in with a super weird request. I wanted a cup of Chipotle sauce. The man at the counter was going to just give it to me for free. I forced him to charge me so I could tip him. He was very kind and friendly! Didn't get any good but I do love me some subway.“

“I love this place! The people are nice. I think the main issue is that most online discounts don’t work here since this Subway is its own establishment but it helps a lot that it’s part of the University of Washington campus!“
