Generally, the food quality is good/great. However, the staff is lacking. With one recent exception, an employee named Cali. When I recently called in an order, I found her to be professional and polite. I hope that management and/or the franchise owner take note that this employee is a stand out and give her a deserved kudos.

I grew up loving Papa Murphy's but the quality of the ingredients has diminished noticeably, the cheese is more sparse, I no longer enjoy the pineapple on your Hawaiian pizzas, and the crust has a different texture. I think the quality of service has diminished as well, it's disappointing when I order ahead and arrive at their estimated ready time to repeatedly have to continue to wait when I get there. I typically avoid the busiest times so it's odd that they can't...
