First of all, this is possibly the best taco truck in Western WA in terms of food. I have been going there for 2 years now whenever I'm in the area. I'm sad the first review I leave for them is going to be only 3 stars.
Why? They recently raised the price steeply, but that's understandable. After all, our family of 4 used to spend just over $30 there with plenty of leftover for the next day. So I'm ok with them raising the price eventually. But today, after spending $45, I was surprised how much less food we are getting compared to a couple months ago. You can see the bottom of the box through the carnitas. Tortas seem pretty flat on the top. It used to be puffy like a pillow. Perhaps what was most disappointing was the small amount of sides. We ordered tortas, carnitas, and pollo asado. I think usually at least 2 out of the 3 come with pickles. But we only got 2 small pieces of pickle carrot and 1 piece of radish. There were a lot less rice and salad too. These are the things that don't cost much. So it's particularly disappointing that they are skimping on those while raising price.

I love the food at this taco truck! They have sopes, not always available at every taco truck.
Their salsas are delicious, and the meats are well seasoned, too.

The breakfast burrito was the best I ever had. The refried beans inside elevate the flavor and experience

Food was good
Mostly a take out place, staff is friendly and price is reasonable. Tacos are ok they need more flavor, salsa is not spicy.

The food is honestly pretty great. The sunset didn't have too much flavor but they're roasted jalapenos are flipping awesome with your burritos. The lengua is good. Just the right amount inside a burrito

Hours are false, like most taco trucks in the PNW. They don't open at 10AM.
