Plucked a little piece of Leavenworth and dropped it in Lake Stevens! I had been craving a brat and pretzel for so long but just didn't want to make the two hour drive up to Leavenworth. The best German cuisine in Snohomish County by far in my humble opinion. Excellent flavors, and the owner is wonderfully pleasant. I would eat there every day if my budget and waist line would allow for it! Last time I was there I had the most amazing meal, she called it Gypsy Schnitzel! It was soooo good! I highly recommend this place, it looks small but it packs a lot of heart and a whole lot of flavor! I would have shown you photos, but I ate it all...
This is food made with love. The timing may be not ideal but is understandable when you get there. It feels like going to a friend's for dinner, and your friend is a German food genius.
