Staff were very friendly and attentive. Portion sizes were perfect. Atmosphere is welcoming and pretty clean. Service was quick and efficient. I did dine in, I have not used their drive-thru so I cannot speak on that. Overall I had a very good experience.
Food was good and fresh. But the place was really a mess. Floors, tables, serving line, were all in pretty rough shape. Really needed to have someone giving attention to the dining area. It didn’t necessarily feel unsanitary, just messy.
Tables are most often full of debris from prior customers.
I don't think there's ever been a time that I have seen even half of their tables clean.
Other than that and some of the brown rice grains having being hard the last two times, as if it wasn't cooked all the way, they are a friendly staff.
