Quick and efficient
Got ice cream. Wait was ok. Guy at the drive through was bored. But he was polite. They gave good ice cream. Be wary of the drive through. It feels super narrow

I don’t know if there is new ownership, but the food quality is just not there anymore. Disappointed the last few times I went there.

I give the drive threw worker a 20 for a small dip cone, then the manager comes over and throws my 20 out the drive thru window it was a older 20 so tells she has never seen a 20 like this then accuses me of trying to give her fake money. I am in shock how that women manager acts and falsely accuses people. Learn about American money before you accuse people.

I purchased a mint OREO blizzard and I ended up getting mint artificial SOUP. I absolutely hate those same disgusting mint chunks they put in every mint ice cream to exist. But this blizzard was an exception to this because the chocolate pieces were actually OREO pieces not those disgusting chunks. Every other time I have ordered from here it has been the same. I do not know what was different this time around. Maybe they ran out of OREO chunks but they could have atleast say something. Hopefully next time I'm not once again disappointed. Try harder next time DQ.

I know, it’s almost comical to review a Dairy Queen. No one walks in expecting fine dining or culinary enlightenment. But this location? This Dairy Queen has elevated mediocrity to an art form and then set that art on fire.
The Blizzard... oh, the Blizzard. A name that should conjure creamy indulgence and childhood joy. Instead, I was served a gravel pit of raw sugar crystals. Every bite was like chewing the crystallized tears of a diabetic sandstorm, crunchy, cloying, and wholly unholy. Sweetness should sing; this one screamed.
Out of the six items we ordered, three were wrong. Not mildly wrong, not oh you forgot my ketchup wrong, but wholly off, as if someone spun a prize wheel of disappointment and handed us whatever landed. When we brought this up, the drive thru attendant tried to shift the blame onto us, as though we had somehow sabotaged our own meal. His thick accent, while not inherently an issue, was compounded by a total lack of effort to communicate clearly, making ordering feel like deciphering riddles underwater.
This wasn’t just a bad fast food experience. It was a symphony of incompetence performed by a kitchen that’s clearly thrown its apron into the ring of apathy.
Go to literally any other Dairy Queen. Or better yet, eat an ice cube and imagine flavor, that'll get you closer than this disaster ever will.

I ordered specifically 6 piece chicken basket meal. They gave me 4 little tenders, a piece of buttered bread that didn’t taste good, and barely any fries for and a drink for $16. Not worth it at all. Their ice cream is really good though, just wouldn’t recommend the food.
This location is bs. I see advertising for free ice cream, but this location doesn't participate. If a business is a part of a franchise, they should have to honor what's advertised. These cheap owners choosing not to participate in something being advertised is stupid. Avoid this location at all costs
We made comments about how
A. This is the cleanest DQ we have been to.
B. This was the best peanut buster parfait I’ve had somehow.
C. This was the fastest service and drive though.
5/5 stars.
Family of 5 came in around 6 pm on Thu Feb 27, 2025, and I must say I was impressed. The young man running the register was great! One of their cooks looked out & smiled, and I smiled right back at her! Food came out hot, quickly & was well prepared too! No drip from the #1 I ordered! Haven't been this pleased with a DQ since the days they still had their DQ Ultimate! Keep it up, Lake Steven's DQ Team! We're from up north about 30 mins or so, and it's worth it to pass the other DQs for you. 👍

I got drive thru and for 2 shakes 2 cheeseburgers was 33.25 $ ITS CRAZY
Says order when ready then proceeds to not be ready when I order had i believe moldy meat in a burger and they only refunded the burger and not the meal fries don't come with sauces almost never get napkins the food still very good for the price when it's not moldy tho
Horrible management and discriminatory towards food service delivery people who don’t speak English. Do better.
Didn't smell like DQ inside. Smelled like a different kind of food other than burgers, fries, cakes, etc. My daughter and I visit this spot about once a year with fond memories. Not so much this visit.
Guy taking order tonight 12/20 at the drive through is rude. He cut me off in the middle of my sentence while placing an order to say anything else. He did it twice. Rude and cocky. Then pulled up to the window and there was a nice young boy working meanwhile the guy taking drive through order was standing against a wall eating a cone with his arms folded. Be better!
