The Night Shift people are very disrespectful. Don’t get people’s orders, right and let the ice cream melt for a bit I got a blizzard and they were supposed turn them upside down like they always do but this time they didn’t Nightshift people should be all fired From their job Been here too many times I’ve been getting very upset because they got my order on five times already ! My cousin got her order round she asked for Oreo with heath bars and said they put marshmallows and heath the candy would you ever go to Dairy Queen at night again? I wouldn’t.

My Ice cream wasn’t what I ordered and it was melting when I grabbed it which was seconds after they put it down, so it was probably sitting out for a while. They take a while to come to the counter which sucks cuz I’m hungry for some carbs yall.

Was there 12/26 evening, tried to order a sugar cookie blizzard, but apparently they were out. Okay. Ordered two Royal Choco brownie extremes and a Chocolate dipped strawberry. We were charged for them, but after driving away, too far to return (and we also noticed the cashier gave us no receipt, so we had no proof), what we actually received were regular choco brownie extremes. Not a drop of fudge to be found, and to top that, one of them was semi-normal and the other one was totally devoid of chocolate from the bottom half down. Seems every place is a disappointment these days and no one cares about their jobs to even do them adequately. When you're paying almost $25 for three ice cream treats and they're inadequate, what's the incentive to come back when I could just buy a tub of Tillamook or Breyers ice cream from Haggen for way cheaper and split it three ways? I could say it was of course an honest mistake, but really with all these fast food establishments this happens far too often to be a simple 'mistake'. Anyway, it'll be awhile before I return. . .

Tired of getting ripped off and this place is no exception. My kid took us out for a treat and paid for ROYAL Blizzards and we got regular ones, and of course you don't know this until you get to the center to find out. No one focuses on the details they get paid to do and they keep raising the minimum wage????

The service here is so inconsistent but falls mostly on the side of poor. We’ve given it several tries through the last few years but we’ve finally decided we’re done giving them a chance after yesterday’s debacle.
Yesterday we went for the Veteran’s Day free medium Blizzard - we went through the drive thru and when we got to the window we were informed they’d made it and rang it up as a small and said they didn’t want to remake it. That should have been our clue to leave but we’d ordered 3 blizzards and it didn’t seem right to have them make them all and us just drive off. We assumed they would give us the one of the smalls for free, but they refused bc it wasn’t a medium. Instead of arguing we paid and sent feedback through the website, just to be told that basically they didn’t care about our experience.

I’ve also had them try to refuse to take a cake order because it was “too far in advance” (one week) and find their attitudes to be generally dismissive.

Order 2 choco brownie extreme blizzards and them employees at the front counter ran it up correctly. She even asked if our order looked correct. When we got our blizzards they were the wrong kind. We mentioned that they were wrong, and instead of just fixing the issue and saying sorry. The manger and people in the kitchen started to be super rude to the employee and treated her like she was at fault and an idiot, when in fact the manger and whoever made the blizzards were wrong. Idk their names and I wish I asked but treat your employees better because we weren't upset until you started being rude to the girl. Also when the manger or whoever she is, handed us the blizzard she didnt even flip it 90 degrees. I laughed because how pathetic it was.

I give the drive threw worker a 20 for a small dip cone, then the manager comes over and throws my 20 out the drive thru window it was a older 20 so tells she has never seen a 20 like this then accuses me of trying to give her fake money. I am in shock how that women manager acts and falsely accuses people. Learn about American money before you accuse people.

I purchased a mint OREO blizzard and I ended up getting mint artificial SOUP. I absolutely hate those same disgusting mint chunks they put in every mint ice cream to exist. But this blizzard was an exception to this because the chocolate pieces were actually OREO pieces not those disgusting chunks. Every other time I have ordered from here it has been the same. I do not know what was different this time around. Maybe they ran out of OREO chunks but they could have atleast say something. Hopefully next time I'm not once again disappointed. Try harder next time DQ.
