I think that Dairy Queen is not good enough to be as pricey as it is. It’s not bad, but it’s not as good as Wendy’s, Burger King or McDonalds which are each about a block away. A burger and a blizzard equally 16 dollars. Also service is mediocre. I don’t get anything verbal from the guy at the window. Just passed the food without saying a word besides the price.

I left a review of this facility yesterday and today I get a reply that's pretty much what everyone else that's dissatisfied with this DQ has received, I tried to attached a screenshot of it, but Yelp just wasn't very accommodating. So, here's the content of that reply from the "Dairy Queen Business Manager": "We are so sorry to hear this, Emil. Please reach out to us at bit.ly/1qWPR4a so that we can alert the owner of this restaurant to your concerns."1. I can't "reach out". My arms aren't that long. I can contact, call, write, or text...but "reach out" is just ridiculous and overused corporate-ese.2. As the "Dairy Queen Business Manager" YOU have already been alerted about my concerns and those of many others. Why don't YOU do YOUR job and contact this franchise directly yourself instead of just pawning it off on already unsatisfied customers? It's obvious that many people are unhappy with this location, but all you can do is provide worthless platitudes. THIS is why the problems never get fixed. People just like you...

Needed to get a cottoncandy blizzard and fries with honey mustard dressing for my 15yo daughter. These were the only thing that could possibly help the teenage cramps.They were out of cotton candy and neglected to put the sauce in the beg with the fries. M&Ms in the blizzard almost worked but just wasn't the same.It's not that hard. $19.87 for failure. Would not recommend

if i could give this dq 0 stars, i would. i went through the drive thru and asked for an original cheeseburger with no cheese. fyi: they don’t have a normal hamburger. but what do i get? a literal cheeseburger. no pickles, ketchup, or mustard. just a burger, bun, and cheese. so i go inside the lobby to ask for a new burger with ketchup, mustard, and pickles with no cheese. they gave me a bun and a patty. a plain burger. so i had to go in a third time, for them to finally get it right. but the meat wasn’t even fresh. to top it all off, my fiancé and i got two medium s’mores blizzards. we didn’t even get halfway through the cup before all the toppings ran out. 3/4 of the cup was just ice cream. you’d think with this location being in lake stevens, it’d be great service and food. 0/10 would not recommend. horrible experience.

I changed my review to five stars from 4 when I stopped there the other day I wanted a dip cone with butterscotch but they don't have those anymore so she suggested cherry and it was awesome she also said that they have the Dilly Bars dipped in butterscotch so I also bought two of those I love this place it's got the best ice cream. I stop in for a quart of ice cream anytime I am making deserts that require ice cream as it's better than any brand in the grocery store.
