Domino's Pizza

I don’t usually post reviews but this has really bothered me. Here is my experience today.
A little back story first: We ordered a pizza delivery a couple months ago and they mixed up our order with someone else’s but gave us $20 credit that could only be used over the phone or at the store so for dinner for the kids tonight we decided to finally use that $20 credit towards a pizza.
Today: I was in Arlington on my way home to Lake Stevens and at the time GPS said 23 minutes. Called and made an order over the phone and was told 15 minutes. Awesome! Got to the store and told the person at the counter I was there to pick up my phone order. He goes to look at the orders line comes back over to the counter and goes it will be 10-15 minutes. I’m immediately annoyed. I tell him “Oh 15 minutes more? Because 25 minutes ago you told me 15 minutes. So you’re tell me it’s going to be another 15 minutes?” All he could say was “Oh..uh.. yeah..” so I said ok, feeling bad I snapped a little and go to sit in my car to wait.
15 minutes passes and I go back inside and it’s ready, getting boxed and then handed to me at the counter. At this point I don’t trust it and I open the box immediately to see there’s no pepperoni. So I point that out and of course they look at the order receipt and say they’re going to make another pizza, but it’s going to be another 10 minutes.
I paid and waited the next 10 minutes inside so I could leave as soon as it was done. Once it was done one of the guys looks at me and says “Did you pay for it?” I say “I paid, yes,” so then he proceeds to raise his voice and ask, “Does anyone know how to make sure someone has paid?” And I’m like WTF? This person has been here the whole time, knows they messed up and was making another pizza and has to make sure that I paid? After watching others come in and pick up their orders but not confirming if they paid or not just going off their word but has to make sure I did?
I’m reaching in my pocket for the receipt & The other kid he asks goes “Her? Yeah, she paid.”
I’m so mad. At the counter, I take the pizza and look him in the eyes & say “thank you for NOT believing me,” and walk out.

I will now be going out of my way to go to any other Domino’s pizza. Management and customer service is absolutely lacking at this location.

Ordered online to pay at store , the lady was rude..

I’ve been sick for days and finally got an appetite to eat so I ordered cheesy bread with 2 marinara sauces and of course they forgot them. I had no energy or gas to drive back. Thanks for ruining my day! No one wants to eat cheesy bread without sauce.

Their pizza was disgusting.

Well they are very nice and will locate your order even if it's after hours and driver never rings your Doorbell 🤔, never calls you, lightly tap on door and walks away and it's closing hour for them. They will repeat the order the next day. 😀

I come here a lot and love the good food for cheep. Wish there was a way to tip on the app for pickup, so I don’t feel like an ass. I ordered on the app today and when to pick it up. Said it was ready and got there, wasn’t ready. Ended up waiting there 30 minutes after there app notified that it was ready. While I watch people walk in and get their orders before me.

I order large pizza but they give me medium with a large box,be careful! Pizza was too small for large.

I go here about once a month. This time the kid at the counter told me they couldn't put the garlic parmesan sauce on the boneless nuggets, forgot to give me ranch and my salad and the pizza was actually kinda gross. I mean I know it's just Domino's but it was dry and bland and I was really disappointed.

I ordered from Dominoes Lake Stevens, 2 LARGE pizzas. Nearly 60 dollars for 2 pizzas. I ordered through Uber. I specifically recheck when I order, so i know for a FACT that I ordered the LARGE. I got 2 small pizzas delivered. 2 SMALL PIZZAS for almost 60 dollars?!?!?! I contacted Dominoes Lake Stevens and the manager was extremely RUDE and told me "since you ordered through Uber, there is NOTHING I can do to help you." What kind of a response is THAT!?!?!?!? Super disappointed and will NEVER purchase from Lake Stevens Dominoes again

The nighttime manager is the greatest pizza enthusiast I have ever seen he is literally the best in the west I don't know if I've ever seen as great customer service, cooking skill, and professionalism from anyone anywhere

This is the best dominos in the area. The food here is the best. some pizza places skimp out on things but this place doesn’t. Service is always great and fast. workers are super friendly. they also stay true to their posted hours which some dominos/restaurants don’t. we drive here from arlington it’s so good
