Domino's Pizza

Domino's website is by far one of the worst websites to order from. I have decided not to order from them numerous times after spending 30min or more trying to place a order. Idk why its so frustrating but it is.

Can I have an explanation as to why about a 1/4 of my pizza has no cheese? What validates not covering a pizza in cheese when I am paying for said cheese? Never have I ever had cheese missing like this before on pizza and it should be criminalized.

I bought two BBQ chicken pizzas here this is my normal, this is my second time receiving two burnt pizzas after using a coupon, I'm sorry to point out that I'm highly disappointed in the quality I'd like to state there was no sauce on my pizza it was basically cheese bread... i hope their cook gets a coaching this looses you guys revenue it's sad when you call to get it remade and the pizza is still the same as the first two.... I'd recommend not coming to this establishment Snohomish and Marysville is 10x better

Went in usually have no problem with this place and love it, this time i went in in the afternoon around 1, got double charged and they did not want to fix it the lady in the front was extremely rude as well which made the situation worse she was absolutely no help and would not listen to anything I would say. overall horrible experience including the fact that she is normally rude as well.

It’s been a long day. I’ve been up since 3am. I’m injured and tired and have to get home and feed my kids. I couldn’t stand in line at Costco because it was packed and I was in pain, so I figured I’ll just order from Dominoes and pick it up on the way home. Great.

I order two medium pizzas with extra cheese on each and one with pepperoni also. The brownies were fine. A huge chunk of both pizzas had no cheese or sauce on them. Disappointed for almost $30. Would have been better to stand around for 30 minutes in pain at Costco. :( awful experience.

Kind of ridiculous, placed an order on the app, app said 8-13 minutes to be ready. I get there 18 minutes after I had placed the order. Come to find out, order wasn't even prepped on the table yet and it was going to be at least a other 30 minutes. Total freaking garbage. Don't know where the damn disconnect was between the app and the store, but this store has been going downhill hardcore recently. Going to ALWAYS go to snohomish instead. They at least got their heads screwed on straight.

I don’t usually post reviews but this has really bothered me. Here is my experience today.
A little back story first: We ordered a pizza delivery a couple months ago and they mixed up our order with someone else’s but gave us $20 credit that could only be used over the phone or at the store so for dinner for the kids tonight we decided to finally use that $20 credit towards a pizza.
Today: I was in Arlington on my way home to Lake Stevens and at the time GPS said 23 minutes. Called and made an order over the phone and was told 15 minutes. Awesome! Got to the store and told the person at the counter I was there to pick up my phone order. He goes to look at the orders line comes back over to the counter and goes it will be 10-15 minutes. I’m immediately annoyed. I tell him “Oh 15 minutes more? Because 25 minutes ago you told me 15 minutes. So you’re tell me it’s going to be another 15 minutes?” All he could say was “Oh..uh.. yeah..” so I said ok, feeling bad I snapped a little and go to sit in my car to wait.
15 minutes passes and I go back inside and it’s ready, getting boxed and then handed to me at the counter. At this point I don’t trust it and I open the box immediately to see there’s no pepperoni. So I point that out and of course they look at the order receipt and say they’re going to make another pizza, but it’s going to be another 10 minutes.
I paid and waited the next 10 minutes inside so I could leave as soon as it was done. Once it was done one of the guys looks at me and says “Did you pay for it?” I say “I paid, yes,” so then he proceeds to raise his voice and ask, “Does anyone know how to make sure someone has paid?” And I’m like WTF? This person has been here the whole time, knows they messed up and was making another pizza and has to make sure that I paid? After watching others come in and pick up their orders but not confirming if they paid or not just going off their word but has to make sure I did?
I’m reaching in my pocket for the receipt & The other kid he asks goes “Her? Yeah, she paid.”
I’m so mad. At the counter, I take the pizza and look him in the eyes & say “thank you for NOT believing me,” and walk out.

I will now be going out of my way to go to any other Domino’s pizza. Management and customer service is absolutely lacking at this location.

Ordered online to pay at store , the lady was rude..

I’ve been sick for days and finally got an appetite to eat so I ordered cheesy bread with 2 marinara sauces and of course they forgot them. I had no energy or gas to drive back. Thanks for ruining my day! No one wants to eat cheesy bread without sauce.

Their pizza was disgusting.

Well they are very nice and will locate your order even if it's after hours and driver never rings your Doorbell 🤔, never calls you, lightly tap on door and walks away and it's closing hour for them. They will repeat the order the next day. 😀

I come here a lot and love the good food for cheep. Wish there was a way to tip on the app for pickup, so I don’t feel like an ass. I ordered on the app today and when to pick it up. Said it was ready and got there, wasn’t ready. Ended up waiting there 30 minutes after there app notified that it was ready. While I watch people walk in and get their orders before me.

I order large pizza but they give me medium with a large box,be careful! Pizza was too small for large.

I go here about once a month. This time the kid at the counter told me they couldn't put the garlic parmesan sauce on the boneless nuggets, forgot to give me ranch and my salad and the pizza was actually kinda gross. I mean I know it's just Domino's but it was dry and bland and I was really disappointed.
