Got stuck in the drive through for 25 minutes today From 12:40 to 1:05 with 3 cars in front of me and 3 behind me I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager the person that answered the phone said they have no manager . I got out of my car and asked the 3 cars in front of me to move (no one was served food) finally they all got out of the way and i left without being served. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! NOT FAST FOOD !!! I CAN GO ACROSS THE STREET TO NACHO MECIAN RESTARUNT A SIT DOWN ESTABLISHMENT AND HAVE HOT FOOD IN 5 MINUTES THIS JACKIN THE BOX IS THE WORST!!!!!!!

Definitely takes quite a while to get your order. Zero acknowledgement from staff, just a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. Also probably shouldn't touch everything with gloves on while handling food at the same time.

We got jack in the box tonight and our food was cold, tacos burnt, fries hard and stale. The girl working the counter was nice but didn’t know their menu. We will not be going to Jack in the box again anytime soon.

Couldn’t take my order correctly, then another employee hopped on and impatiently said “sorry she’s new” which was very disrespectful to the new girl. Then proceeded to take my order with attitude while I was saying “I used to work in food service, trust me I get it.” As I get to the window, I’m met with very uncomfortable stares. Then met the “new girl” and she was just nervous as I was tryna be cool. We got all our food, just an unpleasant experience.
