So I decided to pick up a burger, I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger Munchie meal with onion rings. I waited by the curb and a couple minutes later the lady brought my order out. I take it home and expecting a freshly made burger, it was cold and hard, I looked at it to see if it looked bad but I didn't so I took a bite and it was gross. Dry as sand and the only thing I tasted was ketchup, the cheese wasn't even melty and it was gritty too. I opened it up to look inside and the patties were so hard, like they were made yesterday morning and sat in the sun all day. I was so disappointed, I took a bite the onion rings and those tasted like stale oil and as if they were sitting out of the fryer since this morning. I don't think I'm ever visit this place again.

Consistently old tasting, and overcooked or stale. Rarely accurate orders, and ridiculously long wait times due to being very understaffed. Unwelcoming environment and unhappy workers. Not at all worth the money.

I have been to all the Jack in the boxes in the area as far north as Arlington and south as Lynwood as east as Monroe. This is the best one. Constantine with orders is the key

We were tired, in the drive-thru with grumpy kids after a long drive & staff were Very friendly & exceptionally professional! We weren't missing any ordered items (thank God, as we were exhausted already) & we acquired all the success requested as well! 👍🏻 😊 😊 Happy customers, we will definitely be back! Thanks, JB!!
The only good thing that happened tonight was the drive thru worker tonight was great she did her job but evreything else was horrible I had hair in my burger and all of my food was cold by the time I got it overall very unpleasant experience

I ordered delivery and when it said delivered I called the driver and he spoke to me in spanish. When I told him he didn't deliver to me he tried to tell me he handed it it a guy when I spoke back in spanish he hung up on me. I then called the restaurant in lake stevens and was told by the Spanish speaking woman that I would not receive a refund and was hung up on as well. I spent a good amount of money to receive nothing and be hung up on twice. The restaurant has the duty of making things right and they didn't. I'm currently escalating with corporate and we will see if things are made right. For now I'm letting all my friends and family in lake stevens know that this is how things are handled at this particular store and to avoid ordering from here. I am super disappointed. Money is hard to make and they seem to like to steal it from their loyal customers. Never again!!

They will get your order right 25% of the time already had a few mistakes and just ordered a jumbo Jack and a ranch homestyle chicken sandwich and got a six piece chicken bag or whatever

Service was horrible. I went through drive thru. The guy taking the order was very rude. One of my order was also missing. I went in to ask, and a very sweet lady had tried to help me. But the guy kepted yelling from the back that i was lying about my order missing. This is very upsetting and unprofessional.

the man who took our order was kind, the lady who made it was not. First, we a completely different order then what we asked for, and when we went back thru to have them remake it, the man seemed not at all surprised it was made wrong. The lady who made it tried to argue with us, but she speaks no English at all. After they remade it, we again got a completely different order. Not even the right cheese. Didn’t want to bother the man again, he tried to be helpful and was polite. We left and tried to call, and when they answered we said “Is this the lake Stevens Jack in the box?” They then hung up on us. We proceeded to call again, but we were hung up on. Multiple times. Every single time I come here (this location specifically) it’s all wrong. Everything, every time without fail. Honestly it’s impressive. You would think more would be done about this. The reviews here are terrible, and for good reason.
