2026 Edit: I've been coming to this place ever since I moved to lake Stevens about 6 years ago. Manager Zane runs a polite and friendly sub shop with speed and accuracy. I often see the same employees even after all these years and that says a lot.
One day I had my family with me and I wasn't paying enough attention and I accidentally said yes to Mike's way. When we got home to eat I was met with extreme disappointment. However, even with my distaste for all the extra added ingredients such as oil, vinegar, onions, etc I was pleasantly shocked that the combination was in fact delicious. Half the time now I get my subs Mike's way.
Go on double points day(s)! Rewards never expire.

ABYSMAL customer service and speed. All employees working at about 15% of the speed that corporate demanded of me when I worked at JM 10 years ago. Zero smiles, staff confused looking around trying to figure out where all the sandwiches go. No one calling out mobile orders requiring customers to butt in line to ask if theirs were ready.
Bought a gift card and the employee made no verbal acknowledgment and fumbled about with the POS for 3 minutes before walking away. We inserted our card and I guess it went through?? We’ll see come Christmas Day!!
No cheese on my wife’s 31, either. Lukewarm, too!! My #8 was SOAKED! You have to wipe off the cutting board station with a rag, not a scraper!! Really, guys???
Who trained you guys? Corporate needs to crack down!!

I literally live in Lake Stevens, but my experience was bad.. So I rather just stick to the Marysville location… Ordered 2 subs.. Literally the same sandwich.. My Partner’s looked okay… Mine on the other hand must have had stale bread because it fell apart as soon as I picked it up.. Mind you, I get the ChickenBaconRanch often… So I know what it’s supposed to look and taste like. They literally slopped mine together.. Mushy tomatoes, just nasty. My man ate his. But I literally ate a little bit of the inside and threw the rest away including the bread.. We sat inside the store so it’s not like it was left to sit and get soggy.
I went to call the store the next day and the number was disconnected/doesn’t ring… As I recall our experience the people there seemed irritated while making out regular subs.. We came in at 6:30/7pm on a weekday (hours before closing)… I just wasn’t impressed… Or satisfied.. I wish I could talk to management so that they could resolve the issue.. But being as though no one answered the phone, I’m left to leave a review instead… If you want consistency, friendly faces & people, just go to the Marysville location…

Didn't actually get food, showed up 15 minutes before posted closing time and they've already shut down the grill and refused to serve me. If you won't serve customers until 9, then post earlier hours. The food is good, the prices are way too high, not putting your customers first is not a good move. I was willing to pay the higher prices if I was treated accordingly, but now I'll go elsewhere.

This location has taken a huge step backwards. Multiple employees in the back with one girl in the front until she asked for help. The guy there doesn’t listen. Asked for light deli mustard multiple times and received heavy yellow mustard. Never going back to this location.

I placed a pick up order for some cheesesteak sandwiches. The order was ready for pickup but the bread on all the sandwiches was so incredibly dry that it completely ruined them. Additionally, even though I specified the names that each sandwich belonged to, no one’s name was printed on any of them.

I placed an online order at Jersey Mike’s in Lake Stevens with an estimated pickup time of 1:02 PM. I arrived early, around 12:55 PM, and let staff know I was there. The store was very busy, which I totally understood — so after waiting around 25 minutes without receiving my order or any updates, I decided to just get in line like everyone else. It made more sense to wait 5–10 minutes in line and have them make the sandwich fresh than to sit there indefinitely for a supposedly “ready” order.
When I reached the counter, I asked one of the employees (who said her name was Alexa) if she could make my sandwich since I’d already paid and had been waiting nearly half an hour past the ready time. She told me I had to step out of line and wait off to the side — again. I explained the situation, and she still refused.
She had no problem taking the time to give me a refund, but wouldn’t take a few minutes to just make the sandwich I’d already paid for. That was at 1:31 PM — almost 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be done. The attitude I received during this whole situation was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.
If your store is so busy that you’re unable to keep up with online orders, at least allow customers the option to get their food another way. Making me sit there for 30+ minutes for an online order when I could’ve just walked in and had it made in 10 makes absolutely no sense. I was already having a hard day, and this made it even worse. Really disappointing experience — I won’t be coming back.

Drove 30min cause its the nearest jersey mikes. Guy behind the counter made racist jokes about the Japanese because we ordered jalapeños. They proceeded to then screw up every sandwich we ordered. Couldn't even remember to add banana peppers to one of them. One single add on. Waste of a drive.

First time, we never will go to Subway again. These guys are top notch in service and literally best sandwich Ive had yet. Picture was what was left of a baja philly cheesesteak. The rest got devoured!

Ordered a veggie wrap with extra cheese and lettuce. The wrap was dry, cracked and was crumbling in my hands when eating it, there was also no extra cheese for the extra charge, or lettuce. Also ordered a veggie bowl with extra cheese and lettuce, you could see the bottom of the bowl there was so little cheese and lettuce. Calling the fulfillment of that order disappointing is putting it lightly. I don’t know who would give a dried wrap like that to a customer paying almost $13 dollars and an almost empty salad bowl for the same amount. If I could give a negative star experience for this I would.
