I just ordered a wrap and a salad from the mobile app to be picked up in store. The first wrap broke and I had to ask them to make another where the fillings were not falling out of the wrap. They used the same fillings for the new wrap, which was a mess after already being mixed up in the first wrap. They didn't wrap it correctly or cut the wrap. The salad does not have the extra cheese I asked for or the pinwheel cheese presentation of how it's supposed to be cut. I'm also guessing lettuce is optional since I don't even have enough in the bowl to fill to the cardboard top. I took pictures of how bad my order turned out. I will not be returning to this location. No apology was offered and my order looks thrown together. This has been a completely wasted $28 dollars if this is what's acceptable. Certainly doesn’t appear appetizing to even want to eat.

I was walking past jersey mikes, I couldsmell the food so I went in with my fianceeto try this place, I found the chicken sandwichwas outstanding flavor and was full when finished,my lady ordered the chicken bacon ranch, great flavor, unlike Popeyes, subway, etc, went back to Jersey Mike's again today, for another sandwich for my lady and myself, great again, AAAAA++++

Today, I had a great experience with Emilio and Alexis. They worked as a team and made an incredible sandwich. It looked like it could be a picture. They said all the right things to honor as a guest. I was pretty amazed when Alexis was getting vegetables for the sandwich and Emilio was doing the cheese simultaneously. It was a dance and it was then I realized that this two really care about their work in making a great sandwich quickly. I was not in a rush, I think this is just how they work. Both were friendly. I will go back to this Jersey Mikes.Vegetarian options: Just a good veggie sandwich with cheese.

Very nice staff, fresh ingredients, good sandwich. Nothing to complain about, probably the best sub or hoagie in lake Stevens, I can't think of anyone that does them better. Bonus points: they were super nice to my kid who always has a thousand questions ?

Went into jersey mikes (lake stevens)around 6:30 new years day, the 2 guys working were so slammed and had a bunch of orders. They were so awesome, had a great attitude and worked together great! Definitely be coming back.
Whoever the red head girl is that works the opening shift, she needs a raise. She took my order and made the sandwich with no mistakes, and made it fast and professionally. Courteous and on point. If this is the standard I'll keep coming back.

The food is amazing as always except the teens working there have no customer service training. They don't answer their phone, and they make your curbside order after you've arrived. Not to mention i had to walk in to get it after waiting for curbside. Not impressive.
Older gentleman with gray hair was the laziest sandwich maker I’ve had at a Jersey Mikes. Asked for my sandwich “Philly style”, a sandwich I’ve gotten numerous times before (the only sandwich I get at Jersey Mikes) and he told me “that meat won’t cut”. I will not be returning.

First off, how hard is it to make a cold sandwich to order? Now I'm not one to ever write negative reviews but I'm so tired of ordering sandwiches from here (either online or over the phone) just for my order to never be right and/ or missing something. $25 for two mini sandwiches?... the least you can do is make it right.
