Placed mobile order at 1009, app saud 3 to 5 minutes, took 18 minutes and 1 phone call to get my order. When I called she stated they got 20 orders all at once yet the drive-thru was pushing them through. 2nd time in a row for this location that it has taken so much longer to get an order. Being a corporate location I expect better.

I went there around 1 am this morning and honestly the freshest mcdonalds i have had in a long time fries were soft and fresh the bigmac was not thrown together like so many other locations and the bun was soft great job

I went to get the Grinch meal which was not being offered but I still got the fries a la carte. I ordered a few more items and was told to pull to the side because one of my items had substitutions. A few minutes later, an employee came out to ask me about my order and mentioned they didn't have the ticket. They took my receipt and I waited a few more minutes for them to return with the food.
