Service is prompt and professional, the store is clean, and the price is okay. Although I miss the coupons that were always mailed out, and the insert with the orders always had a few bucks off for the next time. Stores are bare-bones, but cleand efficient.

It was my first time buying Papa Murphy's Pizza weird the way they made you take it home and cook it and it came out doughy in the middle and I have to remember to never buy another pizza with pineapple and stuff on it cuz it's unnatural

I love using the online ordering. It's very user friendly. Customizing your pizza is easy to do as well. It took me less than 5 minutes to complete and place my order. My order was complete upon my arrival to pick it up and there were no errors. The staff had me in and out of the store in a matter of minutes. The pizza was delicious as usual. They're always consistent.
