***update I emailed them 5 days ago December 18th and no reply from them. I posted the below 7 days ago and they replied here quickly. But to my email no response. Not looking for any compensation at all as my bank declined the charges bc it looked suspicious plus this person has since tried using it again for almost 200 dollar charge. And some random other ones but the first two were at Pizza Hut for the $85 twice they tried charging it. We ordered new card and it's being looked into now. Don't go here. I won't be ordering delivery ever again. I got two charges to my card for $85 each. Someone here is doing fraud and saving card information.

Friendly staff and consistently good food. Been here a bunch of times since moving near by and I have no complaints at all. 12/8/23.Parking: I’m looking at 100 open spots at least.
Been here around 6 times in the last year and never had an issue. Friendly staff and consistent pizza. I always go in and carry out since I live across the street. Calling in and getting a call center is something I've noticed people complaining about. I've had that happen to me twice so far and they also were very helpful and friendly. No complaints at all.

Was very disappointed with purchasing (what I thought was family size meal of) Chicken Alfredo - was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, pick up the "meal" to find out it was only enough for (maybe) two small portions and NOT being explained of what size it was - last time I purchased this it was in a large family size tin ... highly disappointed to say the least.
I had 3 missing sodas bought 4 pack missing cookie m pizza was cold 48 dollars I am so disappinted

We ordered at about 5pm with an anticipated delivery of 5:40pm. As of 6, we were upset as we had 10 kids getting anxious and no explanation for the delay. I tried calling several times, however, anytime I got an ACTUAL LIVE PERSON, they would transfer me elsewhere to sit on hold. We waited over 45 minutes to get our food with nothing else. I couldn’t yell at the 16year old driver but when I saw him, I was fuming, he was a kid though. Do better, just pick up the phone and talk to people. It would’ve been a different story if someone had let us know what was going on but this store likes to automate what shouldn’t be automated.

After spending over $60 for 2 medium pizza's (total was with tax/tip) I got 2 undercooked pizza's. The dough was barely cooked enough to hold the pizza in its shape. Very disappointed ?

Pizza wasn't cooked. Cinnabon rolls weren't cooked all the way through. The guy at the store was incredibly rude and hung up on me twice on the phone. I will never order from here again.

Ordered pizza and breadsticks was charged for everything door dash only delivered my pizza, tried to call to get money back on breadsticks for not getting them no one will answer!!! Not going back
