Enjoying a nice evening at the Ram. I really appreciate the manager Tracy coming by to check in on my family and making sure we were all happy here. Kuddos to her and her professionalism. Great drinks, fun time. We will make this a new stop in our rotation

Sitting on the patio at the Ram is a great experience. Probably one of the best patios to enjoy. If you want incredible service go see Jason, every time I’m at the Ram he greets my table even if he is not our waiter. Best service. We will continue to return. Thank you Ram!!!!

We visited Lake Stevens Ram today with friends and were well taken care of by Jason. We really enjoy the Ram, but Jason was the icing on the cake. Thank you Jason for making our farewell party amazing!

Did not enjoy the customer service from Kristina. Very disappointed in her tone talking to my family, and the way she was talking to another worker and laughing at me. I felt very uncomfortable. Do not recommend this place especially Kristina!!!!!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

New bartender was not good, took forever to get a beer, and when I ordered my last he spent 45 minutes talking to other tables and never brought my beer...our table asked for our tabs and he brought one out and wanted to charge me for the entire table.....this location keeps loosing good staff and replacing with incompetent ones......

Just too bad I have to write this. But I’m tired of being let down on many $100+ outings now. Honestly as a past service industry person, even tho it falls on the servers easily - it’s not their fault. The issue is deeper and I’m another regular not returning for quite some time. The issues are in every aspect… just too bad.

I took my mom out for her birthday. Even though they got busy still served us perfectly no mistakes on any the food, beer was good too. I was impressed with the wagu melt. Definitely will come back staff all friendly.

We dine here often. Great food, friendly accommodating staff. Wonderful place for families with kids. We always try to get the same server. My grandkids love him. Talon is awesome. Fast, friendly, and remembers us every time. Our go-to place on a busy week night when we don't want to cook. Best happy hour!
