Go here frequently, usually to shoot pool. But one day last week I decided to have some food which was great! When I left (I didn’t realize it at the time) but I left my favorite pair of sunglasses on the table. They were the last pair of expensive ones I ever bought I’ve had em since 2000 no lie! Well when I walked in today my server Camryn (who waited on me that day) walked straight up to me with my sunglasses in hand and told me I left em there the other day. I still hadn’t even realized I lost em by that point! I COULDN’T BELIEVE IT!!! I haven’t lost those things in 25 years I was so thankful!!! Big up’s to Camryn for looking out for her people! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

I always have a great experience here. The atmosphere and the people are always very friendly. Today I took my mom there for coffee and a couple games of pool. Camryn served our coffee before we even made it to the table and checked on us several times making sure we were good. David who works the bar makes great drinks also checked on us making sure we had everything. I like taking my mom there they make her feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Also the food is incredible. I will continue going whenever I can great place for the family.

Gone to a couple different bars in town and razzels seems to me to be one of the more consistent, as far as food and service. Early afternoon is typically when I make my way in. Always seem to be met with a good, friendly and inviting energy. Definitely will be back.

My son and I came in for dinner. She asked us what we would like to drink. We ordered 2 cokes.When she came back to the table. Before setting the drinks down asked for a payment card to hold before she could serve us. I asked her what? She said it was policy. Then after ordering I watch 3 girls standing around behind the bar. 1 comes over to the table and ask if there is a problem. I said yes we never have been asked to hold a card. She explains Its up to the server. So I asked for the owners name and phone number. She said she can not give that out and I can call the restaurant about 11 am to talk with Angie. Another girl comes from behind the bar and tells me the waitress is new and has her give back my card.The food was not so great. The girl s behind the bar were more interested in flirting with the drunk men.Then training the new waitress. Our waitress walked by us 3 times with out getting us refills on soda. If they are having issues with people paying maybe they should have those carry around paying ports. We payed cash.

I hadn't been to Razzals in many years due to moving away from the area. When my adult son chose this place to celebrate his birthday, a few family members and I all met there for this nostalgic and celebratory occasion. Immediately, everyone in our party noticed that our server would rather be doing anything else than wait on tables. Not only did we feel the negative vibes from her during the entire lunch, but we periodically had to approach the Bar area to get refills for beer and soft drinks. Not once did our server come around to check on us. I also had to track her down to get the bill at the end. I normally wouldn't write such a complaint had it not been for the fact that we were there to celebrate a birthday, which our server was aware of, and that during our entire meal, there may have been, at best, 2 other tables with small groups of 2 to 4 people.

The waitress Caitlyn is the worst waitress of all time always on her phone and she was rude and she came to our table twice in 3 hours that we were there we had to go to the front to get any beer or food that we have to order and we had to go to the front to get our bill- never going back ever again

I absolutely love this bar! Razzals in Lake Stevens was my go to for all the time fun, games, and especially the staff! I’ve moved away so I do not frequent it much, but I stopped in the other day and the atmosphere is still the same, the staff is a bit different as in “not the same people working there *it’s been over 7 years*” Still love this place nonetheless! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone that’s ready to hang out in a fun oriented atmosphere surrounded by good people and great times!

Netti (however she spells it) is the best! She's so sweet and welcoming. But also isn't afraid to lay down the law! She is invaluable to the business. David makes excellent margaritas as well and is a funny and relatable bartender. And Kamlynne (also idk how she spells it) is the sweetest barback.
