racist employees made comment over the intercom not knowing it was still on. when called out the manager stated that we were trying to take advantage of a situation that had happened before with starbucks before. absolutely disgusting racists at lake stevens location

Hit and miss. Sometimes it is good coffee, other days it is so burnt it is basically sand.

Vegetarian options: Alternative milks available.

Parking: Ample parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs needed for access.

This has always been my favorite stop with my kids. Excellent staff, great food and drinks, and a nice dining area. However, Starbucks made the decision to bring politics into their business and proudly announced that they'll be using company revenue to create employee abortion benefits. I can't in good conscience give a dollar to that cause, so my family and I will be doing business elsewhere.

Was the only customer in the drive thru and had to wait several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me at the window. There were several people working cleaning and socialising but no service at the window until my sandwich was done. Usually, I am greeted right away. If it was busy, I would understand the wait but when I am the only customer? C’mon guys.

I really enjoy this location and love the new set up in the store. I appreciate it is close and no long line in comparison to the drive thru location in Frontier Village. I wish in store locations did offer more items but overall always great service and delicious items.

There's literally reviews on here saying they didn't go to this establishment. Like, why even take the time to make a review. Yall need hobbies. Good service. The workers are pretty nice. Store seems understaffed but I don't visit during busy hours, so I'm not bothered by rush hours.

I think there were two vehicles ahead of me in the drive through. One was served quickly. I think they messed up the order for the vehicle right in front of me as a drink was handed back to the server. It then took forever. It took about 10-15 minutes from when I ordered until I was served. I hate sounding like a prima donna, but I was surprised they didn't apologize to me for the long wait. Unfortunately they also messed up my drink and I didn't get what I ordered.
