I had a bad experience, we found a few pieces of hair in between two sandwiches. When we complained about this, the worker kept asking for more proof. We didn’t mind when we saw it in the first sandwich, but we took it a bit further after we saw more hair pieces in a different sandwich.

Tried it several times. Never get our order right if we order on the app. Tried it in person—the “sandwich artist” was on his Bluetooth headphones the whole time and it was strange. Also made the sandwiches very sloppily and hard to eat. Also was charged too much and was basically told they couldn’t fix it and not offered any type of reimbursement. I got so frustrated I just left it. Won’t be returning anymore.

Owners are cheap, skip out on ingredients by taking a triangle of cheese and pulling it apart instead of using multiples... I went to this establishment over a year ago and to this day I remember how barren my meatball sub was, brother. Tried eating it the long way and was aghast at how little was sauce was on it dude! Cost a fortune too and the workers are rude, and is family owned.

I have frequented this location, both in person and on Doordash. In person, one of the main workers is extremely rude when you ask for more veggies of any kind. I know they charge for extra protein, I've never heard that about veggies at ANY OTHER Subway. That being said, when it was brought up to us they would charge more, we had literally no problem agreeing to pay, yet the worker was STILL extremely rude about it. I'm now also reviewing it as a DoorDash customer. I have 0% of correctly filled orders. First, they don't allow any customer requests if they want extra of one veggies or another, or condiments. Today, for my 5th DD order with them, they forgot 2 of the 5 requested things on my sandwich (cheese was one of them, what?), and they didn't put Bacon on my kids BLT sandwich. 2/2 sandwiches failed. In conclusion, I hope Lake Stevens gets a REAL Subway, because this one is a 2/5 stars at its' absolute best. So disappointed in this franchise location.

Food is great every time. I come in at night and every time I pull into the parking lot in front of the store, the same lady that works every night is just STARING at me until I walk in. Came in and she was on FaceTime and as soon as I left she was back on FaceTime again. Sometimes I don’t want to come back because the staring makes me so uncomfortable. I feel like she is watching to see if I come in or not but I’m literally parked right in front of the store, it’s just really werid and again makes me uncomfortable.

Sent my son to get sandwiches for himself and brother gave my son around $50 to get everything total was about 41 and the Indian lady decided to tip herself $5.50 which brang the total up to 47. Something , Which my son didn't press cause he needed the rest for school. So now I have to give him more money for school. What the heck!!!!

The food was alright but not worth the close to $30 I ended up paying for 2 12" subs. They also don't honor any of the company's deals, so instead of me being able to just drive a couple of miles to use Subway in West Lake Stevens, I have to drive to Snohomish to be able to use the company BOGO deals that they advertise on TV and the internet through my email! It is the only way that I can buy Subway! But since they won't honor the company's deals I will not be going here ever again so I won't be buying as much Subway as I used to! They probably don't care as it is obviously all about the money for this subway!

The problem with this subway it’s the owner, I went there couple times and never had a good experience with the lady works their, either she puts a little amount of ingredients or mentors the other worker and revisits what he is putting in the sandwich, go to other subways if you can!

the old indian woman was a bit rude and obnoxious but the chubby boy was a great employee. He looked a little funny but he was generous, kind, patient, and made my sandwich in good orderly fashion. I would recommend but the indian woman kinda ruins the ambiance in the building.

I ordered 3 sandwiches on line one including a chicken bacon ranch. I got home and there was no bacon on it. No offense but if you're going to charge that much for a sub the least you can do is get it right.

While my husband was in there picking up our online order the lady working was arguing with both the customers that were in front of him. She gave him his order and he expressed that he thought he ordered 2 sodas. She argued with him that wasn't the case so he took one soda and left. As he got in the car he looked at the receipt and he was correct so he went back in to get the other soda. She kept telling him he was wrong until he showed her the receipt. Workers should NOT argue with the customer. Will never go back to this location.
