Poorly managed. Long wait for food despite it not being that busy. Then food was not prepared to standard. I had a soft taco that was essentially just a tortilla. Maybe a tablespoon of ingredients. One whole point of Taco Bell and other fast food is consistency. This one failed.

Drive Thru often closed during open hours late at night. I found it open today, ordered and waited almost 10 minutes, then gave up.

Hands down the WORST fast food establishment we’ve ever been to, each and every time we try to go here for food. This time was the final try. Customer service was awful, the child working the drive thru greeted us with a “hello??” like we were disrupting him. We got our first order within 2 minutes and checked it considering every time in the past they’ve gotten it wrong, shocker.. they got it wrong again. Told the grumpy child working the window we were missing a quesadilla and he rolled his eyes and said hold on. Waited another 4-5 minutes and he handed us a full bag and he said they made the whole order again, I looked inside the bag and sure enough, still no quesadilla. I told him again and his eyes rolled to the back of his head. At this point he unplugged the monitor tracking our wait time because it was getting to 10 minutes. Finally, he throws the bag out the window at me, no apology or acknowledging anything and slams the window. There was actually a quesadilla inside the bag but by the time we got home, we opened all the food and noticed they got 3/5 of our other items wrong and the quesadilla wasn’t even cut lol. This is the biggest joke of a place, I don’t know how they have 3 stars, but we will definitely drive 15 minutes out of our way if we ever want Taco Bell again because we will never come back to this horrible one.Don’t waste your time with hopes you will have a better or even decent experience because this place is ran by children who could care less about doing their jobs and working. Obviously management doesn’t care either considering this has been an issue for others for a long time and they can’t seem to get their employees to actually do anything right.

2/17/2024Ordered food three times and they still messed up with my order. Specifically told them that we don’t eat beef but they still put the beef in my food. Really bad customer service. No apologies and had to wait in the line twice for almost an hour.
