Teriyaki Diner

I ordered the beef teriyaki with fried rice. A sprinkle of peas and corn is not considered fried rice. The food itself was terrible. It looks like they have new people working there. I wont be back.

Im fat so you know I have experience eating so here's the thing when you marinate the meat, it makes a big difference.To big people like me and maybe you try it out.You won't regret it.

The best teriyaki in lake Stevens. And I'd dare say better than any surrounding towns. Staff are always chill and very nice.

Used to love this place. Used to be my go to.

Sorry changing my review to 2 stars. It is still a great teryaki place but the other food that is fried is terribly done. They obviously fry it at a much lower temperature then you need to and making it a slimy texture that most of the breading is already slid off if not sliding off. That isn't proper frying or breading. It has been many times at this point. And reading the other comments I can't see I'm not the only one. Very disappointing because about a year ago it was much better. Also the customer service used to be now you have young kids who clearly don't care. Also have paid for fried and they forget it and give me white rice a few times. You can tell it's not what it used to be.

Normally I'm not one to take the time to leave reviews, but this food is extremely good! Worth every penny and then some!! This place is definitely getting put in weekly rotation!

Well, the food is good. But.. you order and you let them know you are there. They, never told me my food was ready. Probably sitting on the counter for 15 minutes. Meanwhile the kid at the counter is sitting on his phone. It's bad enough you have your phone out but I don't really care, it's your business, do what you like. However, if a customer has waited for 25 minutes and the food requires microwaved when you get home then you should probably do something about that.

came here the other day. ordered a chicken teriyaki, shrimp yaki and orange chicken/ honey with fried rice. it was ALL terrible. i won’t be back here ever again. the chicken tasted under cooked. they only gave 5 small shrimp and the vegetables were raw, the orange chicken, honey chicken and fried rice in lake an extra $2 was just aweful but thankfully they did refund my money. the fried rice looked like white rice with about 2 peas and 4 carrots? they remade it with egg and more veggies but i think it tasted worse 🤦🏽‍♀️ the chicken tasted very low quality and i couldn’t even chew it not to mention the proportion i was given was not with the $18 i paid. panda express was better then this place and gives a lot of food. the photo i posted is before i even tried it and after they remade the rice which was STILL TERRIBLE that is ALL i was given! . the only good thing here was the broth soup they give for free.

Years I keep coming back to this place because I used to love it. But reason I’m giving 1 star is because so far every time I’ve gone this year (2025) half of the chicken breast in my teriyaki has been oddly rubbery, just a really off putting texture not like chicken breast meat at all. I had to spit it out. That is half my chicken gone. And as a sucker I kept thinking 1st and 2nd time was just a mistake, I’ve been going here years, but since the weird texture started I stopped after 4 more tries.

Great food. Some interesting spins like the yakisoba taco, fried rice burrito.ight have to come back and try!

Best teriyaki joint in town. I highly recommend the spicy katsu chicken, it's genuinely addictive. And besides all that, they give you a lot for a little in a time where that's rare. They deserve all the support they can get.

Took 20 mins for my order and didn’t get what I asked for. Ended up paying extra for fried rice and still got white.

Good food but almost every time I place an order online I’m waiting 20 mins after my scheduled pickup time and the lady working register usually laughs and won’t give me a straight answers when I ask how long it will take.

I am a door dasher for this restaurant and the owner is absolutely amazing!! Awesome dude their food is absolutely amazing and has the best prices I have seen!!!! ??❤️❤️
