It was a long wait, but only because it was slammed and there was only 1 barista! When I got up, I got something simple and easy, and I overheard the guy at the opposite window grumpily tell her no tip and drive away. Honestly, the girl was busting her butt and doing a great job! She was efficiently multitasking and my drink was delicious.
Most of the ladies are extremely nice!!! However, I've been a time or 3 where the not so friendly gal is working & it isn't the best experience. I'm really not bashing, everyone starts somewhere!! Buuuuut when choosing a job, you shouldn't be a barista or doing a customer service type of job if you aren't friendly, personable, OR can at least fake it. I got the cookie frap with no added flavor, and it was killer. I don't like sweet stuff usually, but this was barely sweet and so yummy. I finished the entire thing which is unusual for me. The batista was so very nice as well
