Aceituno's Mexican Food Lakewood

The food is awesome! Their burritos became a work ritual for our team. The hot sauces are great and the tacos Rock for group events.
The store exterior and interior are run-of-the-mill but the staff were friendly and always responsive. They are engaging and nice.

The food was absolutely terrible. The beans were mostly water. The salsa had this weird, jello like consistency and had no flavor. The carne asada was unseasoned and tasted like it was boiled or steamed. It was also the lowest quality meat possible, mostly gristle. The tortilla was dry and tasted stale. There wasn’t a single redeeming quality about this meal. I took two bites of the “food” and put it into the trash where it belonged. Take the couple extra minutes to drive up to Antojo’s off Bridgeport. I would rather starve than eat here again.

For there price they are asking I would have expected a larger portion of food. One Togo meal for one person was $34.

Food was decent, nothing to brag about. The staff was cold and dismissive. Our group interacted with multiple employees and all of them could benefit from customer service training.

The taco platters are the best value near the base for big groups.

Ranchero and Space Needle are my go to for breakfast burrito. So good!

I love their the breakfast burritos there 🌯 but know they are make the burritos very small all most 11 dollars just look like kinds burrito Please stop stealing from customers, be honest

Walked in she (short Hispanic girl) stared at me behind the counter. I said can I please get the chili Riano burrito Sub refried beans instead of the rice she said that’ll be an extra charge. I said OK let’s do it. She said to go orders only I said I can’t eat it here? She said we close at 7:30. I said OK 15 minutes is enough for me.
I asked for the refried beans they put no refried beans on and charged me and it was a tiny burrito maybe a step up from Taco Bell.
She was really rude when my father went to order a Carne Asada burrito.
He said yeah you don’t need to be rude and she’s smart mouth back and said yeah you’re welcome, sir. Then I said well that explains why you’re parking lot is empty.
I believe she was the only Hispanic girl working tonight the dark color girl with braids was nice.
The owner should definitely call me or respond!

I just had a HORRIBLE interaction with an exceedingly RUDE employee that refused to give me her name both in person and on the phone. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she doesn’t have one.

For reference we come here often and just asking 3 times for some salsa seemed extreme and having being completely ignored and met with a huge attitude is wild to me.

Also throwing the salsa into the bag (wrong ones by the way sweetie) now all over the burritos and the bag.

Food comes decently quickly, but that's about the only competitive edge this place has compared to California tacos. In every other respect you are paying more money for less quality.

I should of wrote this awhile ago but betters late than never...

To put it shortly this place doesn't deserve your business its mediocre at best and they don't value customers at all.

I've been going there for taco Tuesday every Tuesday for almost 4 years a couple weeks ago I ordered a bunch. They piled it in one bag which is usually big enough. Not realizing i had more then usual I grabbed it to leave then the bag off balances and it being a cheap paper bag for and my food spilled all over in front of the employees.

No we're sorry let us remake that or even an offer of a discount. I had to be full price for what is an incident led to by their carelessness, not even a single apology.

Needless to say I'm NEVER! going there again. You'll don't respect your customers I don't respect your business.

I love the food here and the staff are so friendly

Great food price service and they make it fresh and quick. You can order online through door dash pick up no extra cost and you usually can pick up in 4 to 6 minutes. Super fries and authentic meats and guacamole, good red sauce, and toreados, street tacos, rice, and beans (whole or refried). It's mexican fast food with attention to its roots. Horchata, Jamoca, and hot coffee there too. Nice dining room and drive thru service too.

The cashier was very polite and knowledgeable of the menu. I ended up getting a taco box for me and my wife, we just had a baby so my wife was very hungry. It was delicious. Devoured the entire thing.
