The manager frank was absolutely amazing had a few things happen with the food and he came over and handle everything efficiently , was extremely nice and just improved the experience by 1000%

We ordered a large to go order. Everything came as ordered and on time which was awesome. My ONLY complaint was the steak.. I have never eaten a steak that turns to paste when I put it in my mouth. It was literally inedible. It was not fat, I was able to make a paste on my fingers with the steak. Not only was it expensive but what actually was it?!
Everything else- on point. Bioengineered meat- not on point.

We always have the best experience at this apple bees and the management is amazing. Frank specifically is always warm and welcoming and makes our family feel special when we come in. For a huge franchise they make you feel like family.

Food was good however they forgot about our order and food came especially late. They made it up partially by providing a discount. Applebees atmosphere is always what you would expect.

This is my aunts favorite location to visit. Now I know why. We have visited three times over the last few months, and the customer service is outstanding each time! Wish I had caught the servers' names because they were on point. Each time the manager visits the table, asking how our experience was.
