The restaurant area was IMMACULATE. The service was very prompt and my order was correct. They had DELICIOUS root beer, as always. I ordered the A5 Coney Cheese dog with onions. The food was piping hot and satisfied my craving for a chili-cheese dog.
The area around the restaurant is kind of sketchy (vagrants in the area, as is common in this section of Bridgeport). Make sure you lock your car and I recommend sitting where you can see your vehicle. I would not recommend coming here at night if you are a solo female. Stay safe and come get some good, fast food.

The lady at the counter was nice and the employees were nice. However, they royally messed up our order. We got our drinks, no ice. We went to get soda, not carbonation. We got our food, missing a meal. We got all the meals finally, forgot the sauce. Finally got everything and when we got home, my burger was not the burger I ordered. My boyfriend’s bacon burger had one slice of bacon. My daughter ordered two drum sticks, she didn’t receive that. I’m a manager at a fast food spot so I understand that mess ups happen and people get busy. But this was to many mess ups. Fast food is not that cheap anymore so to pay 50$ for drinks we can’t drink, for food we wanted but didn’t receive.. it’s frustrating. Leadership here needs to change because I’m not the only one that this has happened to and it’s a on going issue that needs to be addressed.

As soon as I walk up to the register, the young man is there waiting for my order. Took only 2 minutes to order. Within 3 minutes, our order is served and very fresh and very delicious. Clean lobby and very funny and polite. Will return for the Root Beer Floats that I crave so much for when I had been a child in California. Did enjoy the Strawberry shakes. Very delicious and tasty. Yummies!!!!!!!

The service here is terrible, even through the drive thru you order food only to be told to pull up front and wait 30 mins to an hr for a burger and nuggets and for my order to still be incorrect. I have came multiple times and still had the same issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Yeah my fault for ordering a chili dog and mashed potatoes, I mean it sounded good. Took one bite of each and threw it out. Just disgusting avoid this place, in fact the health inspector should visit it. Did I mention how horrible it was. Money thrown away. Also don’t respond with some sorry your experience was like this blah blah, fix it or close it down.

So I like to spoil myself once in a while. I know it's not healthy. And growing up I loved A&W root beerfloats and their onion rings, my only wish. Is they make sure you have ketchup for those rings!!

Parking: Bridgeport and the parking is tight. I am guessing they have mabe 6 to 7 parking spots.there employees need to get a lesson on manners.the management needs a lessons how not to make there workers feel less then. Not cool

My fiance ordered dinner for her and I plus the store messed up our orders and made it too salty for the food and missing a 1 of 2 sodas that my fiance specifically ordered that was missing that the door dasher said wasn't there when he picked up the food. I also tried calling but they hung up on me multiple times in the past 20 minutes and it's very unacceptable as a business to basically make food and mess up people's orders

Where do I start. I decided to take my daughter to A&W for a traditional A&W rootbeer float in the traditional mug they advertise. That apparently is not happening anymore. Actually the gal serving me looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for one. Younno the glass mug plastered all over all of their advertising and in every single picture... then the next thing I noticed was that nobody that worked there had a single smile or good vibe to send anyone's way.. this seems to be a thing for lakewood area restaurants. The food was pretty good that's why I am giving any stars in this situation. I was unimpressed. Next time I go to any establishment and I get treated like this I'm probably just gonna turn myself right around and take my hard earned dollars elsewhere.
