Excellent service from Elizabeth! She was so friendly and attentive! I ordered brisket with mac & cheese and potato salad and my friend ordered the bacon & blues burger with a brisket add on and talk about mouth watering! We also ordered the fried pickle jar and highly recommend that appetizer! We saved our leftovers for the next day and it went just as hard! Went on a Tuesday afternoon. Maybe that’s why food was not good. Ordered brisket plate with corn bread and Cole slaw. Cornbread dry and crumbly and brisket was dry, tasted microwaved with little flavor. Ordered a pork rib plate with mac n cheese and collard greens. Sides were good but ribs were dry and flavorless. We LOVE Jack's! Great bbq, wonderful service, and tasty beverages! We had delicious steaks on 4/30 and they were AMAZING!! Colon's service was fabulous, and our entire experience was lovely. Thanks Jack's!!
