I swung in on Friday morning, there were two cars ahead of me, it took 17 minutes for me to get to the window to order. There were 4 employees talking, mostly about either a current or past Co worker very unfavorably. Only two were actually helping customers. The girl offered me whipped cream and then chuckled and said that she forgot that it was broken. Two other employees appeared before I left. Everything got serious when they came out. Very unprofessional.

I'm so sad we didn't try BigFoot Java sooner! We are passing through on vacation and it was hands down the best coffee of the entire trip so far! Forget Starbucks and go try BigFoot Java's Huckleberry Latte or the Nutty Yeti! Absolutely delicious!

The baristas here have excellent customer service skills and always make my drink correctly when I'm able to make it through here. Furthermore, they don't refuse me as a walk up customer (I drive a semi, so I cannot fit in the drive through).

Used to be my favorite place when Jaz ran that place. Now they hire people with no experience. There are the ones who do a good job and new ones that don’t know anything. Longer lines than before and VERY VERY SLOW SERVICE. One person working in the morning when working people like me need to be somewhere at a certain time and I seriously don’t have the time to prepare myself to get a cup of coffee an hour before I have to. It’s more time saving going somewhere else. Honestly!

I'd give them 5 stars because my morning crew is incredible I've been dealing with Jordan for a while. But I go after work as well 5pm this girl is ridiculous I was 2nd in line for the 3rd time this week and I get people are new. But to wait 25 mins is a Tad irritating. When getting to the window she was unfriendly her demeanor was like she didn't want to be there. I'm so use to the girls and guys making my drink and collecting. She does the opposite and is more interested in socializing with coworkers than making drinks. If this was the 1st time no problem but 3x and today was the straw I Gave her the money and she sat there not giving my drink I had to ask for it since she had already made it and because she couldnt figure out how to take cash she wouldn't give it to me originally the other girl did. It's ashame how different the staff is in the afternoon vs morning

So I've been a loyal customer for awhile now, talking about over 6 months I sometimes order here three times a week. The night shift gals are amazing but today was horrible. As soon as the new barista was handing me the drink I asked if that was mine because I ordered a 32 ounce hot coffee, she said that it is a 32 ounce shes giving me, (it's not, they serve 32 ounce hot coffee in those big Styrofoam cups that have no logo). The blended drink I got is so pale it just tastes like a milkshake like she forgot to add coffee in it ??♀️. The coffee is great but man can they get the sizing and the formula for the drinks consistent please! I don't like being charged for a coffee size that I'm not getting.

Drinks are good. But there was a time where they didn't have the right stuff for yetsicles for about a year saying "it wasn't in stock" or it wasn't available. so the alternative was it tasting like ice cream. Which wasn't bad. The other drinks are great. Only thing that is a concern is just the line. But good thing there are two windows.

We been there more than once, order the same drinks everyday. Yet the last two times they've messed up our coffee drinks which aren't cheap either. They refused to fix their mistakes but will still take your money an not give you the right drinks. So for paying over $30 for drinks seems they should get them right since they are there working. Don't waste your time there at this shop because they don't care about their customers the only thing they care about is money. I called and they don't even care to try fix it what they messed up on and said that we have to try them in the drive thru before leaving even if we're ordering a drink for other's. Why would I drink out of someone else's drink especially if it's not for me? Don't sound sanitary to me or professional either. This place needs major help. No customer service skills on the phone either.

For being the only store right outside of the military base, you think they would take more pride in their country and their service men and women and they do their profits I told them there flag was flying ready to come off they did not care and kept taking orders went to get my auto parts 30 min later still the same will not becoming here again and cooperate numbers got to reg stores so no1 will take charge of this

Super long lines, staff doesn't bother to remember orders of regulars dont tip at least the bill (i over heard one employee while she was on break tell another new employee to not even try to remember unless they tipped the bill or at least $10). This location is hard to get in and out of. The only positive I found at this location is that they use a tablet for payment info so the tip clears with the cost of the order, no adjustment 24 hours later. Yes, I know it's not that big of a deal but I had to find something positive to say. Honestly, if you have the time, go to the one that's near 72nd and Portland. The graveyard and first shift are always amazing and go above and beyond every single time. The 3rd time I showed up, she remembered my order and had everything started before I even said a word.
