Hands down best lumpia I've ever had. Chicken wings were too die for. We also have the Mongolian beef it was the best Mongolian beef I've ever had. Rich with flavor.Great service. Great price. This restaurant was absolutely amazing! I had the bean sprouts cilantro and a durian milk tea with some samosa. The wait time was not bad, and the service was outstanding. Would totally go again!

I am very picky when it comes to restaurants and food. The Tilted Rock exceeded my expectations! The wait time was adequate, I can’t remember how long we waited but it wasn’t long. The food was amazing! I had the Chicken Adobo chef’s kisses and a Pepsi. Me and my family will definitely be back!
