It's an older restaurant with German motifs throughout with a German atmosphere, of course. The food, well its not bad however it could be a bit better. The food arrives on small plates. A bit surprised because of the portion of food. Not much room for moving food around on your plate. Those of you who do not like their food to touch you could ask for bigger plates, if they have them or have your food served in separate dishes. Overall it was an average German themed restaurant...
I’ve been wanting to try this place for so long, and I finally did last night (9/3/26). It was absolutely delicious. I had the rouladin along with the potato salad and pickled cabbage—so yum. I’ll definitely be back. Our waitress, Cynthia, was a total hoot and so down‑to‑earth, which made the experience even better. If you’re in the area, stop by. You won’t be disappointed.
In Tacoma, I found Bruno's German and Polish food and they were on triple D. It is incredible!! The polish kielbasa was awesome with onions. The German potato salad is vinegar based like in Munich authentic. The goulash and mushroom soup is absolutely incredible. The only bummer is they were out of sauerkraut and it takes 6 hours to make. We can't get German and Polish food like this in the Phx valley. This is the way.
