I just got a new card from the bank One day before going to Carl's Jr, the young lady took my card to the window to do her business I went nowhere else after that made no other purchases on that card. Today I get a call from the fraud department that someone was at the Tacoma Mall trying to use my card info (All attempts were declined) for me this was a horrible experience.

5/10/25 9am ordered a steak and egg breakfast burrito, my burrito had no steak in it not even one little bite. Please remind your staff to make sure everything is correct thanks Yes I will be back but….
There gravy was thick and delicious. The young man at the counter is a treat to talk to.

Yummy burgers! Good or better than some big burger places at 1/2 the price! We got milkshakes this time and they were way too runny. I asked them to make them and they did and they said they couldn’t make them less runny. Their ice cream is just too soft all the time.. And yet they’re advertised as hand scooped. My money was returned.
