I haven't been to Casa Mia in a little over a year, and I was BEYOND excited to go today and curb this pregnancy craving for their AMAZING manicotti... And as always, the food didn't disappoint.... HOWEVER, the service was absolutely crap. Our server was never really visible to us if we needed anything, despite the fact that there was literally only one other table in use in the entire restaurant. We literally had to obnoxiously wave our arms until the kitchen staff finally noticed us, just to get our server to come to our table. There were 3 female servers on duty and none of them were very attentive. The one male server, did more for our table than our actual server did. (I tipped him cash & I tipped him more than our actual server.) I don't know what happened to this place, it used to be SO NICE... The service has DEFINITELY been lost somewhere along the way. Sad, cause I no longer feel as though the service justifies the price anymore. I probably won't be returning for a very long time.

Pizza was great. Also had chicken parm which was fantastic. Definitely a must if you like that. Service was really good for a lunch on Monday. Kids ravioli was good too. Recommend for sure.

It all started friday afternoon, i was famished as my team and I had a track meet all day long. Looking through different food places i was succumbed to casa mia’s i had to tell my team we must go there and eat (spoiler: i made the right decision) I was greeted by jamie the sweetest most spectacular amazing italian i’ve ever met. I took a look at the menu and was overwhelmed by all the amazing food choices sometimes i struggle deciding what to eat so i raised my hand and asked cameron, cameron told me she liked the fettuccine alfredo so i ordered it and it was indescribably amazing. Also when i had arrived i was deprived of the liquid called h2o and my lips were dry and my throat was raspy and then jamie blessed us with the gift of hydration something ill never be able to repay! The cheese to noodle to sauce ratio on my alfredo was impeccable i just couldn’t get over it. Amidst all this my friend was even more thirsty it wasn’t a problem of lack of water but lack of ability to get water in mouth the staff thought of an incredible idea and got him a straw this allowed for the highest level of efficiency he then grabbed another straw or two and was happy! I was stuffed it perplexed me how much food i was able to consume but it seemed it was simply too excellent to let go to waste. no way in my mind did i think i could eat another bite until i saw the “secret” menu item molten lava cake (don’t spill the secret) it was amazing it came with the most creamy vanilla ice cream, who doesn’t love vanilla ice cream! I was even surprised with raspberry sauce as i hadn’t read the food portfolio sufficiently. but im glad i hadn’t because it was so tasty my mouth felt like the rainbow road and i was mario on my super scooter and a rainbow star feeling unstoppable. I stepped out of the establishment feeling like a new man i raised my chest higher and saw the positives in life. sometimes mama don’t know mia but casa is mia and au casa es mi casa. I am so happy to have had this experience and i believe if you haven’t had casa mia’s you’re missing out!!!! Thanks cameron and all workers you made my year and my pasta!! (hahaha)

Our favorite things are the Casa Mia salad (hold the olives!), italian sodas, garlic bread with red sauce and the steak with spaghetti. Can't wait to go back!

Food was very oblique ! The asparagus starter was undercooked and chewy , the spaghetti was bland, the cheesy garlic bread was probably the worst I’ve had I had to ask for extra garlic butter just to try n make it better… I will say tho the steak was pretty good! However the fettuccine wasn’t so much it lacked flavor aswell! For an “Italian “ restaurant it’s probably the worst I’ve had ! The wait staff also was very slow even tho only had about 4 other tables. Not worth the price at all !

I went here with my mother and sisters. We were all very disappointed. The asparagus appetizer was almost impossible to cut and the taste was nothing to write home about. One of us also had the tomato bisque, which was probably the worst tomato bisque I've ever had in my life. It was so bland. My sister couldn't finish it. The arugula salad was a plate piled high with just arugula and some slices of meat on the top. The onion soup desperately needed some salt and The piece of bread that they put on the top was so soggy. I tried to scoop it out which was difficult because it was so inundated with cheese. My mom had the chicken parmagana, She said it was okay. One of my other sisters had the spaghetti. She was satisfied with it. The service was mediocre. Definitely not worth the price. Needless to say that was my first and last time at Casa Mia in Lakewood.

I typically love this restaurant, their three cheese and chicken pizza has been my favorite since I was a kid and I’ve brought many people to Casa Mia. I was very disappointed today when I got a caprese salad that was a complete mess. I requested it came exactly as is, no additional dressings and there was so much oil that it was leaking out of the paper bag onto the pizza box. Upon ripping the bag (it was stapled), oil spilled out all over and unfortunately I was on my way to class so it was in my car. The mozzarella was drowning in oil, literally half the container was filled with oil and I had to dump it out to even be able to eat it. I love this place, but today the ball was dropped. To put into perspective, I needed 5 napkins to clean all the oil off my seat, hands, and the container. These photos are from after, so this is what was still left even with the mozzarella and tomatoes being coated in oil.

The Atmosphere was okay but the pizza was very over priced for no reason. Pizza look uncooked . Will never come back for business again. Disappointed

I am a very regular customer and for the third time Casa Mia Lakewood gave me the wrong pizza. I got a pizza to go, got home, wrong pizza. No problem. Get refunded. Nope. They dont refund. Owner and manager was there and did not talk to me. Had a young new staff deliver the news. Its unprofessional and horrible customer service from Casa Mia owner and manager. They wanted me to drive back from Steilacoom to Casa Mia said they would make a new one. After a very long day I do not want to drive all the way back there. My biggest issue is being a regular, and the owner told the new staff to say sorry they dont do refunds. I paid $40. They said to come back another time and they will put in the books that they owe me a pizza. Check what you order. No compensation for the mistake. Leftovers it is. 🫤

Good Italian food and great service. Not much in the way an interesting atmosphere to speak of. One great big room with lots of tables and a couple tv's. Maybe some soft mood music would help.

We had a large group of 12 come in on a Saturday (with a reservation). Food was great (I love the variety on the menu!) Service was great too. Thank you!
