Shoutout to the employee Wyatt - he always greets with a smiling face and makes sure we leave happy with our order. Every time we get a cookie the day he works they are the most well done!
I hope the kitchen is cleaner than the front of house. Windows covered in sticky kid fingerprints, baseboards covered in dirt, floors around the counters look like they haven’t been mopped in months. As I took in how dirty this place was, I started to regret ordering cookies at all.
As a military family, we are very intentional about where we spend our money. We value businesses that genuinely support military members, veterans, and their families, and for a long time we believed Crumbl was one of those businesses.
Recently, we won a voucher through MWR for a free 4-pack of cookies and were excited to redeem it. Unfortunately, when we visited the store, we were informed by a representative that the location was under new management and that they would not honor the voucher.
What made the situation especially disappointing was that the voucher was distributed through an official military support program, which led us to believe participating locations would stand behind and honor those promotions. Instead of feeling appreciated as customers and members of the military community, we left feeling dismissed and inconvenienced.
We understand management and policy changes happen, but honoring commitments tied to military family programs speaks volumes about a business’s integrity and customer service. Sadly, this experience changed our perspective of this location, and because of it, we do not plan to continue supporting this store moving forward.
