The ONLY reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to price. My iced coffee, a 16oz with caramel/cream/sugar, cost $6.70. To me, that is pricey for a simple iced coffee. HOWEVER, the customer service is amazing. The staff are kind and patient. I even heard them greeting customers by their names, which shows how they provide positive experiences and retain customers. This has been the best tasting iced coffee I’ve had within the Lakewood/JBLM area. Instead of going to Starbucks...
Best coffee and service. I love this location, I don’t know their name, but the individual with short hair and glasses is amazing. The staff is always kind and accommodating, coffee is made with love and they remember returning customers.
