This is amazing Korean food, the only way to eat in the restaurant is to attend the Olympus Spa, perfect bulgogi, japchae, everything I've eaten here is amazing!

I've been here many times, but after my last visit, I wouldn't recommend ANY woman go to this spa. I went there today and spent OVER $600 on multiple services. I wanted to make sure I was on time so I verified the appointment. The person up front told me the incorrect time and did not prepare me properly for my service. I was receiving a mud wrap from Kathy. Firstly, it was put on in such a way that in came off in chunks in the shower. Didn't even absorb... not surprising since it had been applied with so much speed that it was balled up and only about 2/3 of my body was covered. (They claim this is "how it's done" but I have never received a spa treatment from someone in such a hurry). The service was supposed to cause a sweat reaction that detoxes your body, that's the whole benefit. Sadly they didn't even get me warm enough to break a sweat. There is no way it did anything, and I wasted hundreds of dollars. I tried to talk to the business about the experience I had. The person at the front desk actually admitted to telling me the wrong time and even acknowledged that it would've prevented me from getting warm in the heated room that I needed to, but then refused to do anything about it. Had the nerve to tell me she hopes I have a better experience next time I come... I am horrified that I dropped that kind of money at a place with such poor customer service, I feel like I was completely ripped off. I strongly advised you go somewhere else.
