First time coming here. I ordered online for an in-store pickup. We ordered the meatball sub and pastrami sub. The cashier was nice as well and very helpful when we went to pick it up.

Love the food here. Service is always great even when it’s busy. However, they let someone bring in a dog that clearly wasn’t a service dog. This is a food establishment and I’d rather not have dog hair in my food.
December 2025
We ordered three sandwiches for pickup from the website. So many customization options, and the results were delicious. I really loved that there was a hot sauce bar too, which I took advantage of on the way out the door with my sandwiches. We wound up coming to Firehouse Subs twice more during the week that we were in town. Hopefully there are Firehouse Subs locations in Seattle... I better check!
