The ladies were nice but speaking to them on the other side of a sliding glass door wasn't the best. I felt like they couldn't hear me and that might have led to the miscommunication of my order. Man, I love this place. My husband and I are coffee sl*ts for lack of a better term, and are always on the hunt for a new brew spot. This one came highly recommended and did not disappoint! Service is fast, choices are extensive, and it’s always delicious! I personally get the salted caramel macchiato (unblended) and it hits the spot every time!!!
Love Gravity to bits (always get the Hyper Space) but this is now the third occasion that I did not get oat milk in my drink at the Lakewood location. I’ve never had this issue at any other location. Due to not being able to use straws, I cannot taste test to make sure (which I shouldn’t have to do anyway). We get charged each time for the milk alternative, but it’s not always used. Please be more mindful when people make such requests. I’m extremely lactose intolerant...
