Service was horrible. Went to this place a couple times and did not receive good service. There are so many pho places in the neighborhood and I wouldn’t recommend this one.

Stopped by for a bowl of pho and honestly left pretty disappointed.

I ordered a large pho. And yeah it looks big, but it’s mostly just salty broth, barely some noodles, and only three thin, tough slices of beef. Definitely not worth the high price.

The server had a serious attitude. I asked politely for more bean sprouts and he just snapped, “No” then walked away without another word. I also asked for a water refill, and he totally ignored me. No eye contact, no response, nothing. But I noticed he was smiling and being nice to the American customers. With me (I’m Chinese), he was just cold and dismissive the entire time.

The food is weak, the service is worse, and there are way better pho spots in the city. Won’t be coming back.

The pho broth was delicious, and the pork banh mi is really good. Price for a big bowl is like $13. The old man at the counter was really nice and seemed enthusiastic about their pho. I only waited for 2 minutes before getting my food.

Surprised I was the only one in there this was my first time eating here and this is the best pho in the Tacoma area, I got a #4. the broth was a 10/10. Usually in other places it’s a bit watered down. And the price was amazing.

Love this place! I come with my grandparents and family a lot. The food tastes great and the service staff are so nice. I love their Vietnamese coffee and spring rolls!

The pho broth is a big deal for me, and the broth at House of pho was great! The side dish I ordered seemed a bit over cooked but it still tasted great and it but was a bit over priced. Other than that I would have liked a bit more friendly service to get a 5 star rating.

The pho bowl sizes are called medium and large, but they seem to serve the same portion of food. Brisket and flank steak was not as flavorful as what I'm used to. The server seemed uninterested but was nice enough.

Very simple to order. I order a large Pho with the well-done brisket and chicken. Almost did not finish it because of how big it was. The price was decent. The Pho with a Thai tea was $24.

I had been looking for a good pho in the area for year and finally found it.

I'm been looking for a good pho restaurant since I have moved here to tacoma. There pho is fantastic, the broth super flavorful, food came out quick and their ribs are to die for. Recommend to any one to try this place.
