“I visited on 12/4/2025, and I had such a great experience! I was greeted warmly, the service was fast, employees pleasant. The food quality was exactly what I've come to expect from Jack!! So nice to have a PERSONAL INTERACTION and not just ordering screens ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“This is the 2nd time Ive gone here to pick up breakfast, took a break from going for awhile because of a certain individual, Barbara was the cashier and taking orders, she provides wonderful service and is very kind. There was another cashier there that acted like she could care less to be there before, but Barbara changed the environment for me so I will keep coming back.“

“While I think some reviewers here with just a couple of reviews may have valid points, but my experience at this Jack in the Box was entirely different from their subpar/poor experience and I want to make that clear. Also, mind you that these fast food workers now have THREE spots to fulfill orders for: Drive-Thru, Take-outs pick up in Parking space, and indoor carry-out.
I hadnt been to Jbx in some years and I had my doubts from reading some recent reviews for this location but I'm glad that I went because these ladies delivered above and beyond. I wasnt sure if I can still drive thru after using mobile app but they were kind to lead me to parking space (I shouldve paid attention to my app because it says where to go).

I've already ordered twice in the same week and my Munchies Meal was hot and fresh and delicious each time. First time, I forgot to order sauces with my order and the kind lady put them in bag and met me at drive through.

Oh and by the way, Have you tried their High Mountain Arabica Roast coffee? I would even go here just for coffee because it's brewed to perfection. Arabica beans to me, is better coffee than Robusta beans (these are two most popular beans and its more difficult to find Arabica beans at big box stores). You can switch out your soda in your meal to coffee at no extra cost.

Lastly, app is very good and easy to use and you get rewards points and deals so get the app for easy fast ordering! This location is very easy to get in and out of from Bridgeport Way and Drive-thru route has been great.“
