The cashier on the night of 4/31/2024 at this location has absolutely no customer service skills very short and rude didn't even say your welcome kept breathing like she was super irritated that I was there. And kept rolling her eyes .I don't appreciate the attitude I will no longer be coming to this location

So when did the tacos stop getting cheese on them???? The staff is rude and large lady that claimed to be the manager acted like I was bothering her when I got to the window, my food was cold, the egg was dry and crunchy on the breakfast jack, the hash brown was old and full of grease. Tried to call the location and no one answers. I will be notifying the health dept at 8am this morning

Sign says opent for lobby till 10pm and yet at 7:39 pm it is closed claiming short staff, called number told short staff same excuse every night, GUES WILL HAVE TO DRIVE MY SEMI TRUCK THROUGH THE BUILDING AND TEAR OFF HALF THE BUILDING JUST I CAN ORDER MY FOOD

Why are the workers so rude at this location. They act like they hate the world. And then you go back next time and it's the same thing. For the prices they shouldn't behave so rudely to customers. The new employees get taught by the old ones that it's ok to not smile ever and be extremely short with customers. I keep giving them a chance to redeem themselves and use online ordering to avoid speaking to them but when they forgot my sandwich and I called I was accused of lieing. Like I wanted to drive all the way back for a jumbo jack just to waste my own time. Now I'm scared they spit in my food and don't even want to eat it now

Staff was nice but service was slow, just like any other Jack in the box. The bathrooms were locked and their only key was missing. Turned out one of the employee's took the key with her on her break.Kid-friendliness: Not a very kid friendly menu.

Overall this place is disgusting. My friends and I got Food Poisoning. None of the staff speak English. I paid for our food with a 50 dollar bill and they kept my change. When I asked for my change they yelled at me in Spanish then proceeded to flip me off.If you decide to try the drive thru, DON'T. We sat in the drive thru for roughly 10 minutes waiting for someone to say something, anything. I looked up the number and called. Ring upon ring upon ring. No one answered! As we circled the building the employees were all just standing in the middle of the restaurant talking. No one budged to pick up the phone.A Terrible Experience!Vegetarian options: DO NOT EAT HERE!!!Kid-friendliness: DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!Parking: My car was hit by an employee during my visit. My friend was outside and recorded the entire thing, luckily enough. The cops showed up. There was an entire ordeal.Wheelchair accessibility: Sure. If you like having dirty needles stick in your wheels. Their floor is disgusting like it's never been moped or moped with dirty water.Dietary restrictions: They don't have any.
