The only thing I don’t like about jack in the box is I do t have any in NY. Visiting family and I got to try for the first time. DAMN!! The spicy chicken and curly fries are on point. Please please please open in upstate NY.
When I order through the app 9 times out of ten, my food is made fresh/not rushed/thrown together.
The workers here don't seem to just slap it together to get it out the way, they make it like if they're making it for themselves (with care).
The quality of service is pretty good compared to how it used to be. Thank you management and employees, I enjoy eating here. Good location for online app orders.

Burger was out of this world all burger joints should be like this would definitely go back I wish they had more from around the United
Jack In The Box offers a mixed experience, with slow service and missing bathroom keys, but a standout night crew that provides excellent customer service. While not very kid-friendly, the restaurant has ample parking available. Customers appreciate the friendly and professional service, with special recognition to Olivia for her exceptional customer service.
