Went on a Tuesday afternoon. Maybe that’s why food was not good. Ordered brisket plate with corn bread and Cole slaw. Cornbread dry and crumbly and brisket was dry, tasted microwaved with little flavor. Ordered a pork rib plate with mac n cheese and collard greens. Sides were good but ribs were dry and flavorless. The bbq sauces were not tasty either. Service was awful. Had to glass server down to ask for check. Never came back to check on things or refill drinks -just served our food and then stayed in bar area and serving outside. Won’t be back or recommend. The value of $60 not worth it for 2 plates and 2 sodas.

What a rip off! Order 1 pound or brisket to go I didn’t get to touch eat it right away since we just ate so I stored it in the refrigerator till the next day and in the middle of the brisket they wrapped ribs to make it a pound. Unbelievable
Beef 🥩 bacon 🥓 is the best very delicious 🤤 taste 👅 🏆
Great food. It was a little spendy.
The best barbecue in town! Staff is super friendly and the food is just so delicious. I'm in love with their pulled pork sandwiches.
Great customer service, walked in. You can sit anywhere. Fried pickles were very delicious. I got those as an appetizer. I got the Burger with pulled pork it was good. The pork was kind of dry but nothing some barbecue sauce couldn’t fix. My friend got the sandwich he loved it. He was visiting from Texas. He said it wasn’t as great as Texas barbecue, but it met his expectations. It was filling and tasted fresh I loved the Smokey bbq flavor
The best chili you can get around Tacoma. By itself or as the frito pie is great. Their brisket is amazing but the best side to get is the corn pudding!

This place was Awesome kinda small if had any complaints. Staff super friendly and welcoming just like you would encounter at a Texas BBQ joint . The food equally as good if not better than some Texas BBQ joints . So if you're looking for a touch of Texas here in Washington I would highly recommend this place. The prices were fair with this economy. I got the double trouble. Was 2 meats I got the brisket and pulled pork ( both were bomb !! ) that's slang for Super Awesome 👌 came with 2 sides got the chili and corn bread to go in the chili. A no Brainer wanted to try potatoe salad. Waitress even brought me a healthy sample it was Awesome as well . I don't normally give five stars cause no place is perfect however this joint pretty dang close. I will attach a pic of meal. Would attach a Pic of the pecan pie and ice-cream but it was gone by time I thought of taking one. It's said it was a champ at fair . Definitely a champ in my book . Thanks to all of y'all there y'all Awesome my family and I will be back for sure. Especially when I get the feeling I'm missing Texas now that I live here in Washington . Thanks again
Great bbq and delicious sides. Will definitely come back.
Pick up on time. Food is delicious especially the mushrooms. Ribs were tender and moist.
We tried this place tonight for the first time for dinner and it did not disappoint! The smoke throughout the meat to make it perfectly pink with just a tad bit off spice. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The cornbread is to die for moist, but not too sweet. Will definitely order again or dine in.
Nommmmm !!!
I ordered the Picnic and was blown away by the size and had leftovers for days. The sides were the star of the show, some places treat sides like a chore, but Jacks sides are exeptional.
