Went in this evening with my Wife and the visit was a total disaster! Limited time special was a Spicy Chicken Italian and a Chicken Breast sandwich attempted to order the chicken breast clerk tried to give me the Spicy Italian called him on it and then was told they didn't have the fixings to make the Chicken Breast ans actually they had never been delivered. Then I ordered a Ham and Turkey with Bacon and Swiss. When I got home, I found out I only got Ham and Bacon with Swiss . My Wife's sandwich was a ride on the struggle bus as well. From now on I think we'll being taking our Business to the University Place Jersey Mikes

Worst Philly cheese steak I’ve ever had from jersey mikes feb 17 2025 at the Lakewood town center one the lady put so much salt on my food I had to throw it away after the 1st bite so so so much salt almost threw up do not go here

Been to this location several times and they always make the sandwiches perfectly. The young gentleman who’s got long hair making the sandwiches should be revered in the sandwhich making world. 10/10!
My portions were off for the veggies and some employees seemed like they lacked training. I prefer the Tacoma location. Much smoother service and always on point.

Do not go to this location. They take forever for your food. Ordered online to be ahead and took me 10 mins to get there and waited exactly 54 mins for one sandwich. Ridiculous. Workers kept saying they were working on it but still waited exactly 54mins. On top of that someone else was in there waited for an hour for their online order and the workers didnt say that it was ready 30mins ago. I think they were also high. Can def smell it as soon as you walk in. Not coming back to this location.

I ordered a giant sandwich and they charged me for two regular subs which made it a lot more expensive than it should’ve been. Make sure to get your receipt and check to see if you were charged correctly.
