Big shout out to @kikwetu_kenyan_cuisine in #LakewoodWA who came to my rescue (I had to cancel my order with a kenyan caterer the night before me nephews early bday celebration #eventplannernightmare). The roasted goat leg, Pilau with meat (traditional rice), Sukuma Wiki (aka collards), beef samosas, and imported kenyan sausage were BANGING!So good, my picky nephew even ate it! What!?!? Happy eaely 4th bday to my nephew, Jeremiah!George and Vanessa, took my call, brainstormed what i wanted, and gave me a reasonable price...especially since it was a last minute order. Momma Chan cant wait to try the ribs next time!
