This place is a complete joke now, the food is horrible and over priced. I bought the teriyaki dinner with an egg roll and was charged 25 dollars and the amount of food was just enough for a 5 year old and didn't even taste that good.

This was my first time here. When I walked in it was empty I wasn't even greeted until after a few minutes. I ordered teriyaki chicken and sesame chicken lunch specials. In my opinion the teriyaki chicken was good but the salad seemed soggy and the egg rolls were okay. The sesame chicken was okay as well. I asked for soy sauce and only got one package for two meals.

The food is good, BUT in that past year they have become SOoooo EXPENSIVE and its NOT worth the money any longer. The portions used to be larger and now they barely fill their boxes. Not going back because of those reasons. They need to drop the prices again and add more food to boxes again.

My wife & I had the chicken Katsu & Teriyaki chicken combo lunch special. The chicken seemed to be a day or two old and tough as a piece of jerky. I won't be eating a lunch special from this place again. Maybe that's the reason for the special!.....

The food was wonderful but the problem I have is I get alerts as soon as I use my debit card an they took extra money of my card ? my total came to 36.38 an they took 4784 off my card when I showed then they tryed to deny like they didn't know what I was talking about when I had my proof the receipt an the visual text that said transaction from koto teriyaki in the amount of 47 when the receipt said different an I didn't leave a tip it was a call in an pick up. So I told the whole restaurants lunch rush an a few people few meaning more then a usual amount notice the same problem so if u eat at this restaurant Please use cash an not debit or credit card ? I'm thinking ? there is some fraud going on an im contacting BBB just a heads up

The best way to describe this spot is as the perfect comfort Japanese food for anyone who grew up getting the basic take out as a kid.I came by to grab a to go plate on a busy and stressful day when I just needed something quick, and it honestly hit the spot. It’s good, basic Japanese take out, and it was a huge source of nostalgia and comfort for me at a time that I needed it.The store is very clean and organized and has a solid menu. The cashier is very friendly and an excellent multitasker. She was taking orders, setting out food for to go orders/mobile orders, and constantly answering the phone. She definitely stayed busy but never made any customers wait to be helped. My food was ready in 10-15 minutes and was actually ready faster than my partner’s food from a restaurant next door.It was quiet when I entered and picked up shortly after (it was about 4:30 PM). It was nice to see a good amount of foot traffic in a small restaurant. And yet it never got loud or rowdy.I ordered the chicken teriyaki and gyoza combo plate. It was exactly as you expect and hope for from chicken teriyaki.
