Love this place. Food is amazing. The word is that the cooks at this particular place is what makes the food stand out. I've been to the L&L by the Tacoma Mall and the food tastes different.

The food is always on point. Lynn and the ladies have great customer service and are always nice. If im eating out, this is my go to for sure ♥️.The other frank is just a hater!

Came here for dinner with my husband. It was pretty packed but we were told the wait time was 25 mins max. Ordered our food after a military group, & waited. After an hour, the military group had already gotten their food, eaten it, and left. The lobby was filled and then emptied out. I went to the cashier & asked what's taking so long & they looked confused. And then said "oh, your order is coming up." We come here often and there's usually a few ladies we recognize but this was a new group. Even with a kitchen full of chefs, I seen plates of food sitting waiting to be given and the cashier was just standing there. I also ordered a half & half mix, half Loco moco half katsu curry with the gravy & curry on the side and they put the curry on the katsu. Didn't want to take it back because no one wants to wait another hour to get their food. We'll probably go to another L&L or wait until our regular cashiers are in.

Grew up going to L&L Kailua, everyone always says it's not as good on the mainland, but it's pretty darn good here

Sorry but I expected more...I thought about the delicious Hawaiian Barbecue I had in Steilacom Park last year. I'm so disappointed in the quality and the taste. We don't come back.

We love this place! The food is amazing my wife always gets the kaluhi pork and my daughter and I are huge fans of the masubi. The wait times can be pretty long for food depending what you get so I wouldn't call it fast food but it's definitely worth the wait if you like Hawaiian food.
